Attractive, easy, well packaged

Purchased in January 2019 for $133. I was quite excited about the three pole design… Something about it really appealed to me. It is a little unusual from other lamps with that particular design feature feature. I like it. I didn’t actually measure and I was surprised to find that while the circumference of the base is small, the circumference of the lampshade is quite large. I needed many lamps in a large, L shaped room and I changed my original placement for this lamp because it wouldn’t fit well into a tiny corner. That small circumference base is made of granite (or something akin to granite). I do not anticipate it being a problem with Rocky… However, I did put it in a corner and the edges of the lampshade are touching the two walls so that is, in effect, a back up stabelizer. Product was double boxed and internally protected with Styrofoam and there was only one part that had a little bit of a scuff on it but I don’t think anyone will see it. Product was easy to put together: I’m old and fat and I did it myself in maybe 15 minutes, working super Duper slow from a 1 page, easy to understand instruction aheet. No tools required (it’s mostly just twisting metal poles into each other). I like how this lamp has a clear cord and has two pulls for the two bulbs (max wattage 100 each, which only matters to people still using those old incandescent types). Four stars is generally my top rating. I am happy with the product & its price point. I anticipate enjoying it for many years. I included a photo which demonstrates how old the cord comes through the bottom of the base and out the back… A good design.
