Beautiful dress

This is a beautiful, well fitted dress. I’m 5’2” so it fit a bit lower than mid calf, but not ankle length. If you have larger upper arms it may be a bit snug, but not uncomfortably so. The fabric is heavy and moves well. The overall fit is flattering on a plus size. I purchased it in an 18W and it fit very well. I had to return it because the bride wanted the wedding party in formal length gowns. You will probably be able to find it for less in other online stores, but Amazon’s free delivery and free returns may be the deciding factor. The bodice is not over the top with the decorations and just give an overall classy look for semi formal occasions.

Alex Evenigs dress

This dress arrived quickly. However the refund was not as quick. I wonder if the dress was substantially cheaper because the sizing was very off. The fit on this dress was the same as a size smaller. Of course the next size up for the dress I ordered was unavailable.

Perfect for wedding guest at an evening wedding

Very comfortable and elegant dress. Other reviews helped me choose this dress. I opted for a size up- and glad I did. My weight is in my waist and habit it looser made it fit nicer

Love this dress

I bought this dress to wear to my daughter’s wedding. (which 7 months away but I didn’t want to wait until the last minute.). I bought around 15 dresses on Amazon before I found this one. All the others either didn’t fit or they didn’t look as nice in person as they did on the site photos. I had almost given up and thought I would have to start shopping at box stores. I’m so glad I found this dress. It looks great and it’s soooo comfortable. Highly recommend. Thank you

Nice dress

I ordered suze 24 in taupe.. This dress was very comfortable and well made. It felt light, but didn't seem thin. It did not show any undergarments. Where the sleeves ended made my wrists & hands look even wider and (for me & my body shape) the front hung lower than the back. Ultimately, I returned it, because I found one I like better, but it was a nice dress.

Pretty dress - received lots of compliments

I bought for my son's wedding. Was a lot more comfortable than I had expected. Also what few wrinkles there were from shipping and then being packed in luggage simply fell out after hanging up a short while.

Very pretty dress

I ordered an 18W based on the size chart and the dress fit a bit larger on me but was still very nice. The dress is very pretty with a nice soft lining. I would recommend this to a friend
