Love these bracelets

As always, love Alex and Ani bracelets. I’ve been wanting the cross bracelet for a long time and finally decided to make the purchase. Glad I did. Added it to several others and I wear them everyday. Love the gold once again. What goes around, comes around .... Used to wear gold many years ago, then silver & white gold were more “in,” and now “gold” is making a comeback. I’m wearing the “gold” Alex and Ani bracelets now and love them. They mix well with my real 14K bracelets, too ..

Incomplete order

I ordered a bracelet and necklace, should’ve been a set. Only the bracelet was delivered. I would like to get the other piece of the set. If I cannot get it, I would like a full refund of the purchase price.

Bought for my mum for a Christmas gift, the bracelet was not shiny at all, she wanted me to return it because it's not shiny. Nothing bad with the quality or anything. Also, it does not come in an Alex N Ani box, just came in a black box.

Cheap quality and misleading

Very disappointed. Bought this expendable necklace as a gift for my elderly mother who cannot tie a necklace on her own. The chain is VERY thin and does not expend. The chain is so thin we worry it will break. DO NOT BUY THIS.
