Can say enough good about these pans.

For years I struggled with coated (teflon, ceramic, copper, etc) pans, and was so frustrated having to buy new pans every year after the coatings deteriorated. The last set of pans I bought were the "copper" coated pans, non-teflon. These were so bad, they would stick brand new, and the bottoms would warp in the middle. So frustrated, I finally bought these pans to see what the deal was. Boy, was I thrilled to use these. If you heat them just a little, add your oil or butter, these pans are every bit as good at not sticking as any coated pan. They heat very evenly, no hot spots, and do not warp. They are also oven safe. Do not hesitate to get these - you won't be sorry.

If you love to cook

You'll love these pans. Heavy , even ,temperature, nonstick, gorgeous. My omelets have never been better. Expensive yes, worth it definitely!

I'm a big fan of All-Clad, terrific products. A bit pricey but I don't see many others made in America which is something I want in my cookware.

Those pans make me feel like a pro

After purchasing nonstick pans every 5 or so years, I finally decided to try stainless steel pans, and I wish I did sooner! First dish I made was breakfast with eggs and cheese. I followed the instructions to do water test and oil seasoning and it just worked like a magic. Meats get seared so much better and now I can make the 'brown bits' to make amazing sauce or gravey! After using it everyday for 3 weeks, the pan still looks new (see the last picture). I purchased 8 and 10 inches set and they are just right size for 2 people, except when you make one pan dish for 2, like pasta or fried rice. I will probably buy a bigger size soon.

Pans

The All Clad pans are superb. Nice and heavy and cooks up meals well. At first cook I thought they’d be a pain to clean, but with a little Bar Keepers Friend it cleaned up fast and looking new. I’m slowly getting rid of old pots and pans for All Clad.

Made-in has nothing on these

My wife went out of her way to tell me, "You buy a lot of junk online, but these were worth it ." Though it goes against the instructions, she uses spray oil and her eggs have not stuck. Didn't even season out of the box and am getting perfectly white, fried eggs. I'd like to know the secret, cause I tried with a vintage Paul Revere stainless skillet out of a thrift store and failed miserably. Kudos on you All Clad

Not as good as Tramontina

Larger frying pan discolouration after first use. Not used smaller frying pan. Food sticks to pan on all heat settings. Lighter weight vs my Tramontina 3ply from Brazil. Will not purchase this brand again. Very disappointed with the amount I spent! Will add pics later.
