Puffy and Warm
This keeps really warm and is a very puffy jacket but it may be over kill for some as it was for me. The color is a lot brighter than in the photo and I felt like a marshmellow.

Interesting pattern, warm, good fasteners and storm flap, nice hood
In the interest of full disclosure, as a trusted and unbiased Amazon reviewer, I was able to request this product free of charge. This is a nice all around coat for casual wear. It is warm, comfortable and has an interesting camouflage pattern which is only noticed up close. The hood is comfortable, well fitting and extends beyond the brow. It is more substantial than the ones you sometimes find with similar coats which are very thin and fit inside a zippered collar. Good snaps and zipper and a storm flap behind the zipper which is a nice touch. The snaps are behind the cloth of the jacket so there is no issue with paint wearing off which can sometimes happen with exposed snaps. The fit is fine; however, the hips may be a bit tight for some. If you fit into that category you may want to go up a size. A sizing guide on the order page would be useful. The pockets are zippered and have a plush lining on the inside - good for warming hands. There are a total of 3 pockets - two on the outside and one inside. There is a bottom bungee type adjuster for snugging the fit - common with parka style coats. The coat has a raised plush lining and is of a good weight. All in all, a nice casual coat.

heavy and soft
I have the longer version of this jacket and thought they would be exactly the same, just different lengths, but there are a number of differences. This jacket has a sherpa lining, which is soft, but sherpa does tend to get rougher after lots of washes. There are hand warming pockets with zippers. There's also an interior pocket. The jacket is pretty heavy. Definitely not a packable jacket. More of a fashion jacket than a rugged outdoor jacket. Warm enough for walks in NorCal winters.

This coat is not super flattering, but it's a really pretty pink color, it's a straight-cut coat, and most importantly, it's WARM. I wore it to the coast, and the beach had high winds and was 40ºF and it kept me SO warm.

Amazon Aware Women's Recycled Polyester Coat. The grey was green and very a nice green.
Amazon Aware Women's Water Repellent Recycled Polyester Coat. Received the Amazon Aware coat and confirmed it is a very light green not grey. That said, it is a very nice shade of green and looks good. My model is 5’2” tall, bust 36 and 125 pounds. The medium size was a good fit and was ordered rather than a small to allow for winter clothing under the jacket. With the medium size it was a tad longer than a small would have been but is a non-issue for us. Would usually wear a small size. The coat is well made and is very warm and water repellant. The hood is large and allows for movement. Zipper, pulls work well and are well made. The sherpa lining is nice and soft so very warm and comfortable. The large pockets are good and the overlay on the zipper front makes a good seal and looks good. No issues with the Amazon Aware coat.

Nicely Made Winter Jacket
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this winter jacket. I love pockets for phones, etc. and these pockets are large enough to fit my large iPhone and they zip securely closed. It is well insulated to keep you warm on the coldest Wisconsin day and has a Sherpa lined hood. The front zips and snaps for total air leak protection. It is a really nice warm jacket and is washable in cool water and can be put in the dryer. It was made in Vietnam. It does fit as expected but the color I wanted was only available in medium, so I got a medium and I could have easily fit in my normal size small. Oh well, lots of room for sweaters underneath. Also the gray is more of a very light mint green, it is a nice color just not really gray or not gray that I might expect. I took a photo comparing the color to the gray I have on.
