good value for the money

This set is modern looking with a quality finish, it feels solid. Handle sets can cost you 5x as much so don't expect 50 years of life. Alignment is a bit tricky. Spare key blanks are not available at HD, the manufacturer does not respond to inquiries as for sourcing blanks, but our local locksmith was able to find some.

Handle pulled off? Am I the Hulk?

This lock was easy to install and looks very nice. I've had it deployed for a few months and noticed that the handle on the outside always felt a little loose. Today while pulling it to close it the handle came all the way off! Upon disassembly I found that there is a snap ring inside the handle that had come off. Its not a proper snap ring and doesn't have holes for using a pair of snap ring pliers; you'll have to muscle it in, and its in a very tight place. Fix was easy enough but this was pretty crummy performance for a brand name lock. I'll probably replace it soon just to avoid any future complications. YMMV of course: I could have had a poorly set snap ring or may just have a death grip.

Great first impression

Great looking and makes a statement every time we go through or welcome guests at the door. My wife and I got a new front door for the house and decided to get one a little better and different from the box stores. This handleset is the finishing touch. I like the Smartkey feature also as now we just have one key for all our doors. Even from different lockset manufacturers.

Love it so much I just ordered more

We had this installed on our new front door about 2 months ago. Looks great and feels very substantial, but operates very smoothly and easily. I'm so happy with it, I just ordered two more for the back door and garage door.

Looks great, double cylinder is a hassle.

Lockset is high quality, feels heavy duty, and has nice finish. You have to call Baldwin to get the double cylinder kit. Lockset is shipped as single cylinder. Baldwin ships the alteration kit quickly and for no extra charge but it was the wrong part and did not fit. If you want single cylinder this is a great choice. Double cylinder is more of a hasdle, but I still love the way it looks. A modern, and timeless hardware set.

There is nothing I dislike about this door handle set. It is very beautiful and elegant. Just installed it so I can't speak on durability. I already received many compliments! I recommend it.
