Exactly the band-aid I needed
I had a finger wart being treated and needed something to alternate with the treatment bandaids so things could heal. I wasn't sure based on the reviews, but it ended up being perfect. Applying it was no problem at all, granted I have good dexterity and handling it felt like any other band aid. The waterproof seal wasn't perfect, but good enough to keep most moisture out. The bandaid itself would not appear to get soaked either. I could wash my hands if I wanted, but I personally chose to try to keep that spot dry. Best of all? It would stay on. The other bandaids I tried would come off easily with it being on my finger and catching everything. This one would stay put until I was ready to take it off after 1-2 days. I'm sure I could go longer but wanted to clean underneath.

Kept wound dry
Excellent adhesion to clean, dry skin. Difficult to repostion, adhesive excellent. Work in a local supermarket Deli constantly washing hands. Needs an occasional change during an 8 hr shift.

A decent waterproof bandaid
These bandaids do a pretty good job at repelling water, but it depends where you're applying them and how much water is involved. I purchased these to cover a section near my upper hand/wrist area. These do a fantastic job at repelling water droplets and adhere very well (even with a wide range of motions), but if you expose it to higher concentrations of water, it stops working. I found that water made its way under the bandaid and onto the pad whenever I took a shower and occasionally during face washing, depending on the duration. Note that this bandaid has a rougher, more paper-y texture due to its waterproof nature. Overall, I prefer Nexcare's bandaids because they create an almost vacuum-like seal that blocks out water more effectively.
