The colors are not where I expected

It's a nice pigtail but I had to use my meter to figure out the pattern because it didn't match

Gotta Love Standards

...especially when there are several different, "Standards!" This cable is indeed different from a standard you'll typically find on the internet. However, I wired it using a color code sheet I had with an older Bargman 7-pin pigtail, and everything was correct. I used this cord to build a 7-pin to 6-pin cable for my toad (flat towed car behind an RV.) The length is good, as I didn't have any trouble stretching it out to 7 to 8 feet. When I wired on the 6-pin connector, I used pin terminals (https://smile.amazon.com/12-10-Ga-Insulated-Pin-Terminals/dp/B00NVC1RHO) on the ground & aux. power leads (both 10 AWG,) and the other wires fit OK.

Coiled wire is the way to go

Coiled lead works great.

it almost worked

It was a foot too short. It is hard to tell how long a coiled thing will be. Going to try to use it anyway but may break or pull apart when turning the corner. The wire was too thick for the connector that I had. I trimmed some strands and strained my forehead and got the big wires in those small holes. I hope they don't pull out.(see the previous sentence) Of course the whole thing weighs more than it would have to.

High quality but too stiff and color code was wrong

Took a while to figure out that the color code was incorrect and did not match. Installation took much longer than it needed, but once installed it's a very stiff and sturdy cable.

Good wire, more stretch.

The cable does not stretch well and recoils which puts tension on the plug when connected to the vehicle. Though not listed in the description, the wire size is very good.

Bulky and NOT Color Matched

This thing is way thicker than other ones I have used (good if you want extra protection for wires). The power and ground wires are thicker which was great. But my biggest complaint is the colors DO NOT MATCH standard trailer wire colors. White (ground), black (power) and blue (brakes) are right, the rest is a total crapshoot. Yellow is aux (should be purple or red), red is left turn (should be yellow), brown is right turn (should be green), green is taillight (should be brown) so as long as you know that going in you will be fine.

Wont stretch 8 feet, but.......

Used between my RV and Toad..... added my own 6 way to the other end...... wont stretch 8 feet.... perfect for 4-6 feet
