Doesn't clamp the hair well.

Works ok if you can get it to actually clamp only the hair at all and turn but if you are are just spinning it with the hair inside it doesn't hold it in place as well as the smaller ones.

Purchased a brand new iron but he one that arrived looked used.

I purchased a brand new curling iron but he one that arrived looked used. It was shipped in a bag which can explain the damage to the edges of the box but the cord, plug and iron itself was obviously not brand new. Despite the signs of use it works fine, just disappointed that I received it looking like this after paying $135.

Love it. There is a learning curve to using it but once u figure it out it’s nice. You can also use as a wand and hold the clamp open

This thing gets HOT

There is a learning curve, but once you figure it out, it's pretty simple to use. Beware: it gets HOT very quickly. It comes with a little stand so make sure you use it or you'll burn your counter like I did! I have medium length, thick hair, which usually holds curls for like an hour. I put a little hairspray and my curls will hold fairly well, even for a few days! They're limp by the end of the day/next day, but just a quick touch up and they're good as new.

Makes perfect curls!!

I've had the 1 inch BIO IONIC Stylewinder for years and love it. I wanted a little smaller curls so I purchased the 3/4 inch and now, I love them both. So easy to use and they make perfect curls.

Easy!!

I’m terrible with a curling iron. I’ve tried the Dyson and Tyme and sent both back. My hairdresser uses this so I gave it a try- even I can easily get my hair to look super cute a curly in little time. I love this product. I have only had for a couple weeks and am hoping I don’t have warranty issues as others have, but for now I give it 5 stars!

NO WAY!!

The media could not be loaded. No way! When I pay $150 for a hair tool I expect it to be brand new and look brand new! I didn’t even plug it in to see how it works. It was delivered in the box you would have found it in on the shelf (see video) that has a weak magnetic closure. Literally my label was slapped on that. The entire box was gritty. Also a few small scratches on the actual barrel that, I’m sorry, it doesn’t get if it’s just sitting wrapped in its plastic little sheath on a shelf somewhere not being touched. Also as you can see in the picture the cord has dark smudges. I only uploaded one picture of that but the dark smudges are all over the cord. Again if somebody hasn’t already used this then they gave it to their kid to drag around the house… With all of those issues combined with the many reviews mentioning how poor customer service is, I decided to not gamble with my $150. Sending it back! Too bad because I love my Babyliss rotating iron. I wanted a bigger barrel and I couldn’t find it in Babyliss so I thought I would try this. Nope.

Buen producto para estilizar el cabello. Buena calidad. El producto llegó antes de la fecha prevista. La pinza no tiene tanto agarre como las de otras marcas pero la prefiero así porque no batallas para soltar el cabello. Me hice unas ondas padrísimas en 5 minutos !

The best curling iron out there!

I’ve used many different brands ranging from inexpensive to expensive. This is my far my favourite. I broke my traveling down south and no doubt had to purchase this one again!

broke in two uses.

Unfortunately this product broke for me after one use - it just won't heat up. I got this as a gift and used it for the first time 1.5 months after technical purchase date. Since it was purchased over 30 days before, Amazon would not help me at all. Over 100 dollars down the drain - do not purchase!

Easy to use

My hair dresser uses and suggested this curler. Absolutely love how easy it is to curl my hair. I am the worst for styling and this is great. Heats up really hot, spins so smoothly

Best Curling Iron EVER!

I actually own 3 of these curling irons. I leave one at my cottage, and I have 2 at home that our different barrel sizes depending on the look I want to achieve. So easy to use, and heats up quickly. HIGHLY recommend!!
