Great for Zumba!
I've been looking for shoes for Zumba and tried so many sneakers that just weren't working. I saw these and since they are dance sneakers thought I 'd give them a try. I did read in reviews that they run small and I'm glad I paid attention. I'm normally a size 8.5 and I went with the 9.5. I might have been able to fit the 10 but I couldn't believe I would go from an 8.5-10 so I stayed with the 9.5. They are snug but they are great to dance it. gave me confidence in my movements and I highly recommend them! Just heed the warning they run small.

Comfortable dancing shoes… the best!

Great purchase for wide feet and plantar fasciitis
Love these shoes! I have a wide foot with high arches. I also struggle with foot pain (plantar fasciitis) in the arches. Finding a comfortable shoe with support can be difficult. I read up on dance sneaker reviews for hours and decided on these. I sized up as recommended. Typically I’m a women’s size 6 wD and I purchased a 7. These fit perfectly. Wide enough in the toe box but still feel stable, and there’s great arch support. If I lace them too snug, it does irritated my arches but have found the right balance to keep that from happening. I wear these for Zumba and I’ve noticed a difference in performance compared to when I wear my Hokas Clifton 8. It still grips the floor but provides a better glide and pivot.

Didn't live up to my old disintegrating Blochs.
I am size 4 1/5 shoe size. Wore my size 5 Bloch dance tennis for 10 years until they disintegrated. My old ones fit my foot like a glove. They were supportive and soooo comfortable. I have danced Argentine Tango for 15 years and wore these to classes and practicas. Thought I would be able to easily replace them. No luck. Ordered size 5. Was too small! Ordered size 6. The toe area was too tight and the fit was off. Was thankful for Amazon's try first before buying but was very disappointed that the shoe had changed. Will have to go into a dance store to make sure my feet were fitted well so I can dance on.

fits very small
This is an absolutely great sneaker for exercise classes such as Zumba, jazz or Silver Sneakers. Excellent support with flexibiiity in the arch allows for flexing the foot but great shock absorption. My ten year old pair finally gave out, and I was glad to see this shoe model still available. This fits very small, I ordered a whole size up from my usual size and still found it too short.

Comfy fit. Tiny shoe. Size a whole number size up
These will be good once I get the next size up. I’m always always a true size 9. In these, I’m going to bet I’m a size 10. I’ll let you know when o get in the 10s. But definitely size up

Great for Zumba that is relatively low impact
Pros: This shoe was great in that it was so easy to pivot and do the lateral moves in Zumba which makes it a good dance sneaker. My feet felt very comfortable and flexible specifically with all the room in the toe box. I also noticed it made a difference to my knees which used to hurt a little when using running trainers (which had too much tread) for Zumba. Cons: The Zumba classes I take include some high impact (jumping) aerobic moves which I love to do and found the cushioning and arch support was not as effective (for me) relative to the running shoes I had been using, prior to the Bloch sneakers. Size: I normally wear 7 - 7.5 sneakers but had to buy a 9 in the Bloch sneakers. The dilemma for me is that the running shoes I wear provide the perfect cushioning for the high impact Zumba moves but their high traction make it hard to pivot or do the lateral moves. The Bloch sneakers are perfect for the Zumba dance moves, making it easier on my knees, but not as effective as the running sneakers in cushioning the high impact moves. (As I had tenderness in the back of my heel and arch area). I inserted athletic insoles in an attempt to provide extra support but it made the Bloch sneakers less comfortable possibly because of their split sole. I might try heel cups and and separate cushioning insoles for the front to see if this helps. The cross trainers I have used for Zumba end up giving me achilles pain and I found the Bloch's to be more effective (for me) in comparison.

The Sizing is WILDLY inaccurate - 2.5 sizes smaller than my normal shoe
So I've had another pair of Bloch dance sneakers for about 8 years. I remember having to buy a size-up from my normal (size10 in sneakers, 9.5 in dress shoes) when I got them in a dance store in 2012. Since then I've worn them about once a week for Zumba and been very pleased. I noticed the tread was really worn on the old ones, and decided to replace them last month. I first bought them from Zappos (fulfilled by Amazon) in a size 11.5 and they were PAINFULLY TIGHT. When Zappos couldn't offer me a larger size I decided to try getting them on Amazon. Amazingly, it took a size 12.5 to get it right!!! Where is the quality control on this brand? I would normally be swimming in a size 12.5 but these are just about right. BUYER BEWARE: you will probably have to try a few sizes to get it right if you haven't worn Blochs lately. BTW, I held them up against the 8-year-old pair and they are almost IDENTICAL in length, but slightly wider (both were medium width). SHEESH!!

Love the colour. The shoes is too small, I have to buy one and a half size bigger.
Love the colour of the shoes. The shoes is made too small, I am glad that I read the reviews, then I am comfortable to order one and a half size bigger. I wear size 6 but I need to buy 7 & 1/2 size. Even with 1 & 1/2 size up, the front still feels a bit tight but the length is good, I think after I wear it for a little while it should be okay. The shoes is comfortable when I wear it in my line dancing classes.

First order too small. Second order (this one) wrong size delivered so still too small.
Love them and hoping sizing is right, third time lucky.

Wrong size shoe was sent - it did not match the size requested in my order
The wrong size was sent, and the returns process was difficult. I have used this shoe before and can confirm it's an excellent quality shoe, super comfortable, and great for heavy-footed dance styles (e.g. street/commercial, disco etc.) or high impact cardio workouts like running or HIIT. But given the size fiasco and return process being complicated, I would recommend ordering directly from the Bloch website.

Good dance shoes
I am not sure, but it looks like a replica from the original ones - the sole looks different - but the quality and price are OK :) should go a size up - I am size 8 normally and got this in size 9, and they are just fine. Overall - light, flexible, nice looking dance shoes.
