Too big

When not attached to a leash, this collar is 21" at it's smallest. Since we use a harness for our dog, this collar did not work for us as it was much too big. It is designed to tighten when attached to a leash and would be great for a much larger dog.

Pay attention to measurements.

I measured our dog's neck and it is still too big even after adjusting it. However with growth it should be ok. Well made and vibrant colors and oh sooooo Disney!

Not quite as expected

This item was not quite what I expected. It was a lot larger than expected, but that is on me, I should have measured better rather than relying mostly on their chart for the type of dog it would typically fit. It also has a weird second loop on it that you can't really see in the stock photo. So if you attach a leash to it, the collar will tighten if the dog/you pulls on it, similar to one of those metal chain collars. The picture quality on the collar was beautiful though! I'd just be more careful to order the correct size and think about the strange design of the collar.
