Color

I really like this birdbath but the color is not shiny copper it is brown. I was very disappointed with the color but since it is so heavy I decided to keep it.

Leaks, but sturdy

As other folks have mentioned, it leaks like crazy. Also as other people have said, the decorative bird in the middle just takes up room. I installed a generic nut and bolt, with the rubber washer, and used silicone on the threads and the bottom, and it still leaked. I fear this constant water drip will corrode the inside of the stand and eventually destroy it. It is a solid unit though, which makes the leak an even bigger shame. But, the real problem is that I have had no birds use it since replacing a homemade one that the birds used profusely. I'm wondering if anyone else has either had this problem, or knows a solution?

Great bird bath - center decorative bird easily removed

This is probably the nicest and most sturdily built metal bird bath I have come across. My only concern was how to remove the center decorative bird which really does nothing but get in the way of the birds bathing. Turns out it is simple. It just bolts through the center of the bath basin. You could use a generic nut and bolt with a rubber washer to seal the hole. I just bought a simple rubber plug and pounded it into the hole instead and it has never leaked. Mounted the decorative bird on a metal spike and placed it in a planter box. Looks great.

Great bird bath

I'm not a fan of all the plastic bird baths on the market. Bought this for my mother and she loves it! It hasn't leaked or rusted and looks great. It's been about 6 months
