If you have a Blue Rooster Prairie model, the 22 inch size cover fits perfectly.

Great Cover BUT They Can't take the Phoenix, AZ Heat and Sun

I believe it's 1 of the better covers on the market as well as a company who stands behind their products. The problem is living in the Phoenix area it will not last the 3 year warranty they stamp on this product because of the heat and intense sun. They replaced the chiminea cover once (as well as a fire pit cover) but after that "you're on your own". We bought them again on Amazon because they were realllly discounted (approx. 30% off). Living in a different climate I believe it would last a long time.

Good product - reasonable price

I just bought my second one of these covers. The first one lasted outside, year round, for several years. It did eventually get a bit brittle from the hot and cold seasons, and started to tear. I replaced it, and sprayed the new one with scotch-guard, to see if that might extend the time before replacement. If you have the chiminea that has the round, open screen, it is imperative to use a cover like this, or the bottom will rust out. So it is worth it to me to replace this cover every few years, vs. the chiminea.

ok but sun damages it

it look good and works well, but it will wear out in the sun. I had to order a second one to replace the first one that started to tear after being sun beaten. you might get a year or two out of it if it sits in the sun. if it is under a covered porch it probably would last a lot longer. logic would dictate that a fire burning pit would not be under a covered porch, therefor the cover would be used in the sun. you can do the math.

Essential Chiminea Protection

It has protected our chiminea perfectly over two winters with no sign of deterioration. I am obsessed with keeping our clay chiminea dry - my fires run hot and I don't want it to crack. This cover does the job, and is easy to use.

Well-made heavy-duty cover

This is a well-made chiminea cover. it has held up well to an Australian winter will see how it survives the UV heavy summers. The vents allow the cover to breath so the cast iron chimenea doesn't sweat and rust when stored away.

Seems well made

I bought this as a gift. Have read elsewhere that the top can abrade. It appears to be well constructed but time will tell how well it will stand up to our Canadian climate.
