Need extra TLC when storing.

At first I was impressed by LED Lenser. This particular model is too weak for my use. I had the bigger and smaller versions and all three flashlights the batteries corroded and got stuck.The three where kept in different locations. one with me at work the other in the truck and one in the house. Other flashlights I have are 4sevens, fenix, surefire, mag lights. I know it happens because of heat humidity etc. but the other flashlights were not affected so easily and are still working. even though some that I have now use double A and Triple A batteries. I recommend getting flashlights that use lithium batteries. and best if you get rechargeable lithium. Led Lenser flashlights are ok, but in my opinion they need extra TLC when it comes to storage.

This one may save your life!

Okay, folks. For 70 years man and boy, Boy Scout, Scout Master, hunter and fisherman, USMC, I have been through a boat load of torches... some pretty good... most not so much. I have to state plan and simple that this is the absolute best I have ever seen... and in such a small, handy package! The Spot is incredible... and that is probably an under estimation! On a Tactical level the flood will be a life saver if you need to clear a room! You will see ALL the corners and hiding places where the BGs usually hide with their bad intentions. All the area your perennial vision is capable of seeing will be brilliantly illuminated. This is a must have on your belt!

Best flashlight I ever had!

I like everything about this little guy: small size, blazingly bright, easy smooth focus, two brightness settings. I haven't had it long enough to say how long it works on a set of four AAAs, but everything else is as advertised. I can't believe how bright it is. It's perfect for around the house, usually on low wide beam, and it will be perfect on high focused beam for walking the dog in the summer when we may run into critters, usually the dreaded skunks, but we do have Javelinas here too. I checked around - Amazon had the three best price sellers I could find for this one.

Impressive

My incandescent flashlight with four D cells was stolen, and I had intended to replace with a similar flashlight until a friend showed me one of these. Before seeing the performance with my own eyes, I was suspicious that the led flashlights had come far enough along to be as bright as my old whopper. Well, they have, and it is. It's superior in every way: brightness, quality of light, battery life, the focusing feature. The smaller size is superior too, unless you need a light that doubles as self defense. It's more expensive, but worth it if you can afford it.

Best Flashlight EVER

My first one was a Christmas gift. When it finally quit working, I discovered the batteries had leaked. Nothing to do with the quality of the flashlight, so I found it on Amazon and ordered a new one. I've never owned a flashlight as bright as this one.

Love this flashlight

It is brightness in a condensed package. It is brighter than more expensive lights and the awesome thing is that it doesn't require special batteries and not like 8 D cell batteries or something crazy like that. It is an led light so its that white type light and not the traditional incadescent white. The push/pull focus is all right as there is some resistance so that it would not easily change focus if it brushes up against something but I think a twist focus would be better.

Rubbish

Good for a walk at night. Rubbish if your working on something or doing a job. If you Knock the torch on anything, it turns off. Especially unhelpful when in a tight space and you knock the torch then it won't turn back on. And the x4 AAA battery set up is only good if your don't mind buying millions of batteries
