Minor quality control issues...very nice fabric and fit at shoulders. "new" was USED!

I have several of these "summer" jackets that are only partially lined. The quality and fit have been excellent. However, this one has some issues. These Cole Haan jackets have the lapel stitching on the surface of the lapel. Looks crude, but it's a matter of style. On this particular black jacket, the stitching is sloppy and veers almost off the material, has one break in the stitch which Quality Control SHOULD have caught. One can see the dangling thread! I have some other brand jackets which have the lapel stitching blind; much cleaner look. I'll give three stars after I burn off the dangling threads...is that MY job? Also as a 42R, it runs small. I have numerous other 42Rs and only these from Cole Haan run small. Perhaps as a summer/warm weather jacket one is not expected to wear a sweater under it. UPDATE: Second one purchased was USED! Oh my Amazon what is that about? Jacket has dirt on collar and small food STAIN over pocket-square pocket! NO TAGS! This was OBVIOUSLY used and then sent back! Note this is the FIRST time I have ever received clothing in this state from Amazon! Additionally, just received a "NEW" pair of Buttoned Down chino pants and they have also been worn! NO TAGS and lots of wrinkles! Previously tired on is acceptable, but for new, NOT WORN around the block! Sending back.
