Cute Game
This is a cute game for a relaxed night at home or date night. Some of the questions are great! It isn't a game you'd be able to play too many times as you'll run through the cards quickly. A way around this would be to push any of the cards to the person who didn't do them in the last run. So... you may want to remove the "who" die and only use the "what" die for the second time through.

Cute Game with Some Interesting Cards
This game is a fun ice breaker! Things I Like: There are 6 categories of cards and 2 die to roll. The game is very simple to learn and understand. I attached a photo of the card that has the instructions. You start by rolling the dice. One die determines who picks the card and does the thing/answers the question, and the other die determines which category of card is chosen. I like the idea and I think this game is great even for people who know each other well. There are a lot of prompts that might not come up in everyday conversation, and I feel like each time I played this game I learned a little about the person I played with, whether I knew them well or not. I do think it's important to note that this is a fun game, NOT a romantic game. There are no romantic prompts that I came across while playing. The purpose of this game is just to get to know people, so the title "Date Game" is a little misleading in the sense that really anyone can play it. Things I Don't Like: I don't like that the 6 categories of cards do not have an equal number of cards. One category had as few as 8 cards and another had as many as 15! I'm not really sure what people are supposed to do when they run out of cards for one category because obviously reusing the same cards isn't very fun. There are 6 sides on the die, so there is an equal chance to get each category, so it makes no sense to me why they'd have such drastically varying numbers of cards. On that same note, I think the game has limited playability because there are so few cards. Once I play this game a couple more times, I will have answered most or all of the questions and it won't be very fun for me anymore. It might be best to save this game for special occasions so that it still seems fresh and interesting for you, or you can gift it to someone else. One more thing to note, the prompts on the cards are modern, meaning they ask about texts on your phone or songs on your spotify playlist, so older people may not necessarily enjoy a lot of the prompts on the cards because they may not apply to them. Not all the prompts are like that, but a good number are, so if you're planning on gifting this game that is something important to consider!

good option like many others
I find these games are all remarkably similar, ask some questions, get to know the others in the group. This one provides a little variety from that in having dice that gives some variation in which questions get asked which adds a little bit of fun.

Fun for lots of situations
My wife and I have been together for 20 years, she wanted us to play this game and it was fun to ask each other these questions and see how well we know each other and what's changed over the years. We enjoyed it as a fun night in. You can use this game with others too. Most of the questions would be great among friends and family as well. The only downside is that each card says, "The Date Game," on the back. So, it might feel weird pulling it out when you're not on a date.

So cute!
It's really quite a cute game. There are very easy instructions on the back, and the aesthetics are quite nice. They are a bit more feminine, so I think it would be nice to make it a bit more neutral in its packaging to appeal to couples and people of all types. I like that the contents of the game also match the vibe, though. The dice are colored, and they have a nice weight to them. The cards are pretty thick and laminated. I think they're better quality than Apples to Apples or Uno. The questions are also really cute and are great ways to really get to know your partner better. This does seem more like an only couple game, so it would have been nice if this could have been expanded to be a co-couple date night, but I understand why it's only for a singular couple. Overall, I think it's cute and a pretty good quality game. The only low quality part would be the box: it's a bit flimsy and seems prone to tearing easily.

Good getting to know you game
Good questions. I like having to roll the dice. My man and I played for 30min and learned a lot in that short of time due to the questions and how the dice are rolled. We've been a couple for over 2 years, have know each other for 3 years and still learned a lot about each other! Only con is that the categories do not have the same amount of cards as another. Despite such, we both enjoyed it and would recommend it to others.

Compact. Versatile. More Cards Desired.
Despite the advertised title; this "game" is actually pretty versatile and less of a game than conversation starters/table topics. Yes you can sit down and play it as a game but it could be a conversation starter in an age appropriate classroom or I previously organized living facility activities for seniors and questions like this always helped initiate engagement. It's very compact and packaged well. I do just wish it came with more card prompts as it could get stale quickly. Or perhaps expansion packs are on the way?

Great get to know you game, but could be awkward.
I'm a fan of asking random questions to get to know each other, so this seems like the perfect game for me. The problem is that I can't find a practical way to use it. It seems like if you know the person well enough to suggest this game, then you've already made it past the get-to-know-you stage. Any person that you are at this stage of getting to know, it might seem odd to bring out these cards to play. I love most of the questions, though, and I like the idea in theory.
