Only ok

I've worn DCs as my daily for over 15yrs. I love the fit and the thick sole. This line has the fit, but I blew through the heel way quicker. Plus the suade and even the laces seem cheaper.

The shoes were in perfect condition but..

The actual shoe box it came in was HEAVILY damaged and looked horrible. I was initially very worried something may be wrong with the shoes even. But luckily the shoes were in perfect condition. My son loves the shoes! Damaged boxes don’t get less stars from me, the actual product I bought was great!

Always get my son for school

For 3 years now i’ve gotten my son this brand for school because they last until he grows out of them. I will say that these are more old school and have a puffy tongue but my son says they are super comfy

Worth the price

They feel more cheaply made than they used to be. They are more clunky and rigid than previously purchased pairs of DC shoes I’ve owned. The outer material feels like it’s going to develop wrinkles where the foot flexes. I don’t plan on wearing these very often though so I’m sure they’ll last for several years. For $50, I’m happy. I would have paid more for a better product and been happy too.

I’m on the fence

I really like the look of these but they have a hugely thick tongue, really thick. They also run a little small. I’m not saying that I wouldn’t get another pair but I would choose a larger size. Also I might alter them by taking out some of the stuff in the tongue. I have never seen a tongue so thick with padding before, I understand that they are skating shoes but it doesn’t make them comfortable to wear.

Classic DC shoes. Comfy and subtle.

I've been wearing this style of DC shoe for over a decade now and keeping coming back. They're comfortable, great for skating and mountain biking, and are plain enough to wear at places where regular trainers would be a no no. The aesthetics of most of DCs line up doesn't really do it for me these days so I'm glad they've kept this style around and hope they do for many more years to come.

Smart, tough & comfortable.

Had several pairs of these now, the ones I ordered are definitely black as expected & I find they are extremely comfortable while being sturdy enough to out up with hard wear. Hope they keep making the pure black style ????

Pretty Happy With Them!!

Happy they have my size so I don't have to order from the states, only four stars because the front of one of the shoes has scuff markings on it that can't be removed. Other than that very happy will definitely be purchasing again in the future.
