Nice faucet

We had 3 of these installed after we had a house fire. The faucets are attractive and a good value. Would purchase again if I had it to do over.

Bad customer service!

I cannot give any more than 1 star at this time as the rest does not even matter at this point....... I purchased my Delta faucet through Amazon. When it arrived it was in it's original box, not inside a standard shipping box. It was not even taped and anybody could of opened it or it could of opened during shipping just from being man handled. My question is how do I know if all the parts are there before I start installing as there is also no list of included parts. I do not want to take the old faucet off just to find out all the parts are not there and I am sitting without a faucet. contacted Delta via Facebook message and no response.

Attractive and solid faucet

I was able to easily install this faucet using the instructions provided, though I have negligible plumbing experience. This faucet replaced one from Moen, which started leaking. I think the Delta looks attractive and feels solid. I'm satisfied with the purchase and would buy more of these faucets if other Moen units go bad in the house.

Nice but short rise.

First review for me, so forgive me if you don't like the structure/content. The faucet is a nice style (using it in a kid’s bathroom) but the faucet spout doesn’t rise high enough. My kids (and I’m sure some adults, myself included) brush their teeth then rinse their mouth out by sticking their heads in the sink and sipping some water from the spout. The rise on the spout prevents this from happening. Even my four year old can’t get his head in the right position without hitting the sink or scratching his face on the faucet. If I were you I would go with a faucet with a higher rise… try the Delta Lahara 2538-MPU-DST (http://www.amazon.com/Faucet-2538-MPU-DST-Lahara-Centerset-Lavatory/dp/B00A39FU0S/ref=sr_1_1?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1405951856&sr=1-1&keywords=Delta+Faucet+2538-MPU-DST). I also purchased and installed the Lahara model and have to say it is a much nicer faucet. Plus after you buy the necessary supply lines to install this Delta 2523LF-MPU Classic faucet the cost difference is minimal ($2 - $5).

You need additional supplies

For the price they should have included some plumbing tape. otherwise well made Ok to install. The instructions are adequate.
