Not the worst, not the best.

You do get what you pay for, but in our household, there are no young kids or Godzilla attacking. I expect this to last a while with easy use. Works for larger towels just fine. Not all bunched up, allows to dry quickly.

Purchased thus as a replacement for an old towel bar. Very easy to install.

Nice towel bar.

This matched very closely with one needing to be replaced. It is a little darker than what might expect for ORB but works. The bar length however is actually about 30 1/8 inches. So if you are using old bracket holes (which should work if similar bar is being replaced) then you might have a slight issue. I simply cut the extra 1/8 inch off with a hacksaw in order for the brackets to position properly. Also, if you anticipate someone accidentally using this as a "grab" bar keep in mind it is hollow thin aluminum. Will bend easily and could break. To beef it up "just in case" buy a piece of 11/16 x 11/16 square moldiing from a place like Home Depot, cut to length and insert into bar. Works great.

Extra Towel Bar

I purchased this as an extra towel bar in my master bathroom. It is not very heavy duty. It will do the job. It is sad that you pay so much for these towel bars and they are not as heavy duty as they used to be..

Not Oil Rubbed Bronze in Color

I wanted Oil Rubbed Bronze but instead I got black. That's why I gave it three stars. It's not as well made as the ones I got 30 years ago, but then you have to expect less quality nowadays. Easy to install. For the price we paid, not worth returning on the color issue.
