I purchased 8 of these for the girls in my social group. It’s a reminder that Pooh is just a call away when you’re having an Eyeore kind of day. They loved them!

Good Pooh for display

I don't remember what was going on in my head when I bought this, but what I wound up using it for was as a display piece alongside a custom made Hunny jar from ~another website~ with a fancy copy of the Milne stories and a little pot of dried flowers, pictured. The Pooh bear is not as cuddly soft as say the more teddy-like versions, too tiny for most arms, and stiffer as well, so I'd say it belongs on a shelf. It's also as cheap as things get on Amazon, but I found everyone from the theme song but Rabbit at a thrift store once for roughly the price of just this one, so I'd say keep an eye out there too. Overall, if this price for one displayable Pooh bear seems as good as holding out for a thrift find or better, go for it. It's a good Pooh.

Stuffed animals shouldn't be shipped in a mailing envelope.

The nose of poor Winnie the Pooh is crushed upward, obscuring the right eye. There are two large stitches on the front right and front left of the neck. They look like knots and the shirt doesn't look like the one in the picture either. Amazon has said that I can return this for a refund and don't have to return it. Because I don't have to return it, I will work on straightening the nose and maybe try to stitch the shirt up over the stitches on the neck. I know a great church charity to donate it to and the children who come in there are thrilled with any gift. Thank you Amazon!

Call it a family favorite for all generations!

Mommy-to-be of three loved this as a baby shower gift. Went along with the Winnie the Pooh bibs and head warmer sets. So cute! Mom shared that her son claimed it before baby could. Family favorite instantly!
