Very well made
This dress was very well made. I do lots of sewing so am picky, and was pleased to see that all the seams were neatly serged and nothing was ravelly or sloppily sewn. Size medium was rather big on my 5 year old granddaughter, but she was perfectly happy with it! The check print on the straps is somewhat lighter color because of the foam behind them, but that feature really worked to keep the straps from falling. The satiny fabric for the blouse was pretty, and the elastic waist makes it span several sizes easily. The only problem was that the neck was tight - even on a 5 year old was almost uncomfortable so it definitely would be on an older child. Length was nice, not skimpy, and the hair bows work like velcro so stay put. Checked fabric showed no wrinkles, sleeves needed a little touch up ironing. The whole effect was great and "Dorothy" was definitely the star of her party!

I bought this for my 10 year old for halloween this year, it's pretty cheap for a costume, well..... you get what you pay for, it was adorable but cheaply made, I had to repair the sleeve before the end of the day, overall it got the job done

Not worth the money
Bought this for my daughter's Halloween costume. One of the arm seams was ripped when we got it even though it was new in the package. Returned it for a refund.

Nice dress.
It’s pretty! I like how it stretches, but my daughter is complaining that it’s too itchy to wear. It’s big enough to wear a shirt underneath. I like that there’s no glitter in this costume. The Velcro in the back of the neck doesn’t seem like it’s going to last long. It looks like it’s about to fall off after 3 or 4 openings or closings. I wish it was more secured.

Cute costume. My daughter was very happy with it.
Cute costume. The measurements were exact so be sure to order for what you need. It fits perfectly but the dress is very short. We’ll buy a crinoline to go underneath. The neck area wasn’t too tight like we’ve seen on the adult version of this costume. There’s room to breathe. My daughter is a bit sensitive to fabric texture and said her shoulders were itchy. Easy solution is to wear a T-shirt under and it didn’t show. The hair ‘’ribbons ‘’ are two pieces of stretchy elastic material. We’ll also buy new ribbons. It is a satisfactory product for the need of wearing on Halloween and maybe for a couple months of dress up. I’m satisfied with this dress.

Be Careful about the Sizes
I ordered a small for my granddaughter...who was 5 at the time , as she's tiny....it was too small. Be careful about returning as the disclosure says you can return with so many days after pruchase....well guess what, it did Not arrive till after the time limit. I returned it any ways...thought what the heck....give it a try, because as soon as I realized I ordered the wrong size, that same day ( half an hour later), I called Amazon and told them the mistake I made, I was told by a rep that it was too late to stop the order. But to go ahead a order another one and there shouldn't be any issues...also she would give me a $5 credit towards my next purchase. Low and behold, I paid for the outfit, returned it, and paid a huge postal cost to send it back.....so now, they have my original purchase price, the outfit back and I paid $20 for shipping it back......and I have nothing to show for that money......not even the $5 credit I was promised.......SO...long story short, be very careful about ordering this product, regarding the size, as it fits smaller than it should. I did eventually order the next size up and my baby girl loves it. Also, the TOTO in a basket is not worth the money...just garbage...hope this helps others.

Super cute! Slightly strange proportions?
Seems a tad wide for the length (or short for the width?) but otherwise perfect! It's very well made, and the fabric, while not the best, is very nice for the price. Our daughter wore it in a play and loves it.
