My sister said it have her her independence back
Easy to put together. Strong Great for tue money. Only downside imo is when I fold it up it takes a lot space we in my car or trunk and reminds me of trying g to close a stroller My sister has BadCOPD and is on oxygen. Now she's been dx with CHF so she takes a diuretic and fir 6 hours or so is up and down to the bathroom. Well she'd have to ask her daughter for help every single time even waking her at night. I didn't know any of this. My sister saw my moms used it to go down to pur bathroom placing her portable o2 on the seat and then said how much she loved it. So I got it for her. It was the day after hers arrived that she told my mom that for the forst time she did t have to wake my niece and she got to use the restroom on her own. It makes jer feel safe and she said she was going to now be able to go outside, which she couldn't before. I'm super happy for her. Abd if this was t the price is was I could t have helped her out. So I'm super glad about the price point. I also dobt k ow why I did tt hink to give my moms to my sister abd then give my mo. The new kne. But oh well it's not like my moms will break, they're really well made. Definite thumbs up .

It's stable and sturdy. I'll share some facts and tips for those who are considering this unit. The outside dimension from side to side, including all pieces, is about 22.5 inches. At my house, that's narrow enough to roll into a bedroom but not a bathroom. It would just roll through the bathroom doorway if there was no door, but a standard hinged door gets in the way. The seat itself is about 12 inches square. The space between the uprights is 16.5 inches, so if you're any wider than that, it'll be a squeeze. Hand tightening the handles at the desired height worked okay for me, but a frail person would probably need some help. The usual guidance I've seen for walking aids is that the handles should rise to about the crease in your wrist. I'm 5'9", and I had to raise the handles to their highest stable position to reach my wrist. I've got the handles standing 36 inches off the floor. The product specs say they can go to 37", but I was leery of putting them any higher. If you're a six-footer, 37 inches might not be high enough anyway. The seat is 21" above the floor - not adjustable. The handles stand 14.5 inches above the seat, at the handle height I'm using. That might be good news for you if you'd need the support to stand up. It might be bad news if you don't like having high "armrests" when you're seated. The 7.5-inch wheels are pretty good at rolling over minor obstacles, but sooner or later you'll have to lift the unit. The product specs say it's 20 pounds. Think of it as something like a couple of gallons of a beverage, or a case of 24-ounce cans. If those are too heavy for you, the rollator is too heavy for you. The brakes work fine. Someone with weak grip strength might have trouble. You squeeze them bike-style to brake temporarily (without letting go). You push them down with your palms to lock the brakes so you can let go. The basket isn't described in the instructions, so it took me a few moments to puzzle it out. My instructions: Insert from the front ("front" meaning the direction you'd walk in), with the two hooks facing the rear. Rest the hooks on the crossbar where the seat hinges. There's a ridge in the bottom of the basket. Rest that on the forward lower crossbar. When it's in position, the seat partially blocks it from above when the seat is down. The raised seat reaches down into the rear portion of the basket. You'll need to remove the basket to fold up the rollator. There are a few other things to note about folding it up. First, the strap anchored to the crossbar is handy for starting the folding process. There's nothing to lock the rollator into a folded position. I find it's very eager to open back up again. I use an 18" bungee cord to hold the folded frame together. There's also nothing to hold the seat or backrest upright while the rollator is folded. For me, this is less of a concern than the frame opening up, but it'd still be nice if the whole thing folded up securely. It doesn't stand upright on its own in a folded position, even with a bungee cord on the frame. That's fine it it'll lie flat in a car trunk, but you'd need to prop it up against something otherwise. Another thing about folding is that you're pretty much stuck with lifting it when it's folded. Suppose you need to squeeze through a tight spot. You can't just roll it through opened up, so you fold it up with the intent of pushing it through sideways. Not gonna happen. The rear wheels don't turn left or right, so you're not going to be able to roll the unit sideways. Or suppose you want to push or pull the rollator forward while it's folded. That's not going to work either, because the front and rear wheels are going to rub against each other. You'd drag it more than roll it, so you're probably stuck with lifting it.

Wonderful
My right knee is almost bone on bone and I can barely walk some days so my Ortho doc said to get a Walker to prevent falls. I read a lot of reviews and chose this one and am so glad I did. I am 5’1” so the handlebar height is great for me. The big wheels enable it to easily go from hardwood floors up and onto my thick area rugs. The handle bars have a little cupped extension which is nice for the thumb pads on the palms. I can also bend over and rest my forearms on the cupped handles, this supports my upper body as I walk and takes the weight off my hands! (I do this with shopping carts too). Brakes easily, does not feel heavy to me but at age 71 I am not frail or weak. I love that there is a cushioned seat that lifts up with a canvas bag/basket for storing stuff. I got a stroller pouch with Velcro straps and strapped it to the backrest; it holds a 20 oz cup or a mug of coffee with lid, my iPad, etc. A friend broke her thigh bone and bought crutches which resulted in tearing her rotator cuffs! She said if she had had this Walker instead she would not have torn her rotator cuffs. The price is perfect, the quality is impressive, comes mostly fully assembled. I love it!

First class customer service
Received our first walker and at first glance the box was damaged in 2 places, not good, i was hoping it was just the box. However, on opening the box i noticed the frame was slightly bent, but bent enough not to allow one of the front wheels to make contact with the ground squarely so it was a little rocky to me, but very scary to the elderly person i purchased this for who was afraid of falling, again. I put in a claim and wanted a replacement as the walker itself is very nice and easy to assemble and transport, the company shipped one that day and i received it the next day and was told to donate the first one or discard, i chose to donate with a caution on the front wheel issue. Great company, awesome customer service.

Easy to use, and the built in seat is convenient when standing in line at a check out or the bank.
It is easy to use. My problem is the weight of it. Beiing a very old lady, I have a difficult time putting it in my van. It's very hard for me to lift it. But, I love the thing. It's much easier to use than the old fashioned one I have been using. I recommend this particular walker to every one who needs some help.

Life changer
This Walker has changed my 96 year old mother’s life. She is walking more, feels more confident, loves the increased independence and has relieved her family’s worries. It was super easy to assemble. The large wheels navigate the carpeting easily. She has no trouble moving into rooms of her house and she is able to take items from one room to another by putting them in the basket. It has truly been a lifesaver! Oh, and she loves the red color!

Physical therapist rated
I am a Physical Therapist and i like this walker for my patients, sturdy, easy to push, brakes lock well, folds up for car transport, the seat is wide enough for a 6'man 220 lbs or smaller. Easy to assemble, would recommend you try this walker.

Solid unit except, *Seat is a big fail*
It’s a nice unit, a little heavier but I’d rather have the steel frame over an aluminum (snapped every weld on my aluminum walker). Rolls nice, good brakes, strong welds, basket is nice touch. Goes together licketty-split. The seat..... that is the failing part. Too thin and flimsy. The internal plank has cracked/shattered and is useless. I’m 215 lbs., so not big (but not small). Putting a piece of plywood under the leading edge or whole seat is recommended.

Not worth it for me.
This was not what I expected. I had hoped for a decent sized basket so I could use nit grocery shopping. Most of this one is under the seat and so shallow it will hold a wallet and maybe a liter of milk. I find it hard to fold up. It also has the connectors for the handles without notches. You have to hope you've got them even then tighten a little handle tight enough so it doesn't slip but not so tight that you end up breaking the adjustment handle. It is also narrower than I had expected. When folded it should slip into the SUV side door easily but does not. However I consider this a lesson learned. I cannot deal with packing it up to send it back so will try to find the type of walker I need here and then donate this one somewhere.

Appears sturdy and high quality except...
The walker itself looks very strong, high quality and well-made. Its easy to assemble, no need for instructions, but of course read it for safety concerns. Just one complaint that knocked off 1 star for me is the photo is a bit misleading. I thought i was receiving a pouch not a basket. I saw a lot of walkers with baskets for cheaper but only spent the extra dollars to get the zip up pouch. Then you get the photos of the walker with a basket in the product details. Why not delete your main photos and replace it with what you’re really selling? the basket itself is tiny. What can you buy at the grocery store? 3 bars of snickers? Anyway the basket sits awkwardly and i feel like it doesn’t fit on the walker unless i’m doing it wrong ? Photo 1: How its suppose to fit. with the curve of the basket on top of the bar but the hooks seems to be backwards and suppose to be on the other side. But hooks are not removable. Photo 2: Only way it will hook on but basket is leaning down on one side because it’s hitting the bar and the basket is a straight line. The curve of the basket that’s suppose to be placed on a bar is just hanging.

Open box item was physically damaged
I purchased an open box to save twenty dollars. Usually no issue on that front. But when the walker arrived beyond the box not being in good shape (which I did not care about) the walker itself had physical damage. The bar for the back of the chair had the plastic pieces broken off. So it has a sharp edges that could cut and the bar does not stay in place and therefore dangerous to sit on and I am returning the item. Despite the poor shape of the open box we bought we are happy with the walker. I purchase for my 79 year old father who is recovering from heart surgery. There were comments about this being for a smaller person and I would disagree. Are there higher and more spacious units, I am sure there are. I am 6’5” and weigh 270lbs, I was able to push the walker around and sit in the chair no issue (without leaning back of course due to issue mentioned above) my dad is 6’2” and lighter then me and it is working for him. As I said I am returning the open box, but have purchased a new one for him, same make and model. I did knock 2 stars off the rating, just because the open box should not have been resold. I noticed the damage the second it came out, obviously Amazon does not inspect.

lightweight in all ways
We already own a similar but more robust model by the same manufacturer. This model is not the same quality. More importantly, it would not accommodate a user that is more than 5'6" or so. I bought this for me while I await a hip replacement. But I have had to trade with my wife's walker as the handles on her walker will adjust enough for me at 5'11". I also notice that the frame has a slight twist in that all 4 wheels do not touch the ground evenly. For the money and for the relatively light work that it will do, it is o.k. If I needed a more robust model for longer, I would move up to a better model.
