Corner of box was crushed and 6-8 had a cracked corner, It would help if a triangular protective piece of cardboard was placed on each corner to prevent damage to corners of packaging.

looks nice but expensive

I bought hundreds of these, they look really nice but too expensive. It also leaves the room very echoey. You have to leave the regular ceiling tile on top of it, it will help absorb some sound, AND when you open the door if there is a drat, it will produce a small quick vacuum and all the ceiling tiles in unison will lift up for a second and then come back down if you don't leave the old ceiling tile on top of it. But loos better than the regular ceiling tile.

Plastic thin but I got a crazy good deal so cant complain

Unfortunately you can see the caulking through the plastic on these :( So now I have to paint them. Kind of defeats the purpose of my wanting to do something quick and easy to make my ceiling look better but for the price I paid (pretty sure someone messed up as I bought these for under $2 a box) OR they purposely sold bad stock for cheap? Worth the money for me but if I had known would have gone with foam type material vs pvc.

does not match product description

the packages arrived and did not match each other. The thickness of the items varies with each package. Some are almost transparent and others opaque. All of the boxes have corners that are chipped. Unable to tell if item was returned and reshipped. Anyway product quality and workmanship is seriously missing. I feel that I was ripped off! Buyer beware....sometimes it worth the long wait at the big box stores....

Looks great

The product was easy to install, however, care must be taken when cutting the tiles. The tiles are thin enough to somewhat see through so I would recommend painting them first before putting them up.

Les tuiles sont trop translucides On voit la couleur du plafond sous la tuile Il faudrait que la tuile soit plus opaque pour ne pas voir le dessous

Terrible product. It is pure plastic, nothing PVC about it.

Very displeased. A terrible waste of $$! Pure plastic! Cracks on cutting impossible to adhere even with glue, disfigured. Worst of all, very plasticky finish. You can't paint over it cause it won't take paint. Absolutely disappointed. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Saddest part is I can't even return it!
