Small tear when rec’d, but overall nice chair
The chair is nice and was easy to put together. The seat is slightly hard, but will probably soften up with continued use. I was a little disappointed as there was a small tear on the back of the seat, but it’s not large enough to deal with the hassle of sending it back.

Very Easy To Assemble
I purchased this on March 10th & it arrived on my doorstep on March 12th. I was a bit intimidated by having to assemble it. (I chose not to pay the $80+ to have it assembled for me. SAVE YOUR MONEY.) It came in a huge box in about 5-6 pieces and about 8 different screws. Ultimately, I followed the 6 SUPER SIMPLE assembly steps and I was able to put it together in less than an hour without problems. So far, I really like it. I haven't had it long enough to decide if I love it. I will post another review after I've used it a bit more. Again, I'm very pleased, thus far.

Fell apart in 18 months
It was great, at first. Purchased for a home office for occasional telework. Use it roughly 2-3 times a week for 8 hours or less. After 18 months, the chassis where the seat hinge meets the piston cracked. Chair is listing to the right and it’s only a matter of time before it completely fails. Sending it to the dump…

Beautiful chair but unhappy with quality of parts
I purchased this chair a few months ago and the plastic/composite material collar that goes in between the metal spoke piece and the column of the chair is so brittle that it disintegrated at the seam. If I could find a way to get a spare part sent to me I would be a lot happier about this purchase because for the money, parts shouldn't be breaking off so soon with normal use. Also, within the first month of use, one of the casters broke off.

Foot rest too small
I use this in my shop. Nice chair but I wish manufacturers would make the foot ring rest a larger diameter. They all seem to use this size and it's just not big enough.

Shocked with How COMFORTABLE THIS CHAIR IS
I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CHAIR!!!! It is a drafting chair, so it is a taller chair than a usual office chair, however; I was very shocked with how comfortable this chair and the cushioning is. I didnt except it to be anywhere near as comfortable. So very happy with this purchase. I DID PURCHASE difference SEDDOX WHEELS, which have also been super amazing and I would highly recommend those nicer wheels as well. Last note, is depending on the person and how often your sitting in this chair, I would recommend a lumbar support just to help...it is not a must have with this chair,but I feel it has been a major life savor!

Vegan leather is code for cheap
This chair is comfortable but overpriced. It took me close to an hour to assemble and I didn't realize one of the arm rest was ripped until it was completely assembled. The other arm rest has little scraps and scratches on the edge which is just frustrating. It's weights a lot and feels sturdy and is perfect for my adjustable height desk. If you have an issue like I did Amazon wants you to disassemble the chair and mail it back. That's been near impossible because of how heavy it is I watched 3 youtube videos on how to disassemble these types of chairs and you need tools that I don't possess and I lack the strength to lift the chair to get the hydronic part out. The wheels are also not easy to remove so basically I haven't taken this chair apart to return yet. Amazon is not making this return easy at all I am required to mail it back but the box is so big it won't fit in my car to drop it off, not to mention how heavy it is. I have to schedule a pickup and hopefully UPS won't make that anymore difficult than it already has been. **Amazon also messed up the delivery by sending UPS the next day after I made it very clear I would not be ready to send this back the next day. Now I have to try to get UPS to come pick the chair up after they told me they wouldn't thanks to Amazon.
