Works great but the color coding isn't really necessary

The durability of this trimmer line is really good. If you are just cutting grass and not near concrete, or other hard surfaces, it rarely has to be "bumped" to feed the line. When along hard surfaces it still works great but you do have to feed more often. As for the colors, it looks kind of cool to have the two different colors, but the trimmer line is used to wack weeds, so not really that important. I think the purpose of the colors was to make it easier to center before pressing the button to load the line into the trimmer. Honestly just pull the two ends of the trimmer line and make sure they are even prior to loading. I've made multiple purchases of this product and spent the extra buck or two for the multi-color line. I will continue to buy the Ego string line because it works really well but I will likely buy the bigger bulk, all one color, version in the future. I have one acre to maintain so that makes sense for me. If you have a smaller yard this product makes sense.

The two colors make it very easy to find the middle for installing.

Don’t have any grips with the string….the weed wacker head is another story.

I love the dual colors!

With the green and orange colors it is so much easier/faster to load the new line. Just feed in 1 end until you feed it through to the color change, and you are at the halfway point. No short and long end, no crazy attempt at finding the center. The hard part is done. I will definitely purchase again.

Picture a little misleading. There are only 5.

It says there are 5 but picture made me think it was 10. Regardless, it's holding up well. Best to run it on low... too much breaks on high.

not cost effective

Worked great with my EGO string trimmer but it's more cost effective to buy one big spool of trimmer string from another company.

Easy to install and works great for my Ego trimmer!

Needed new line for my Ego trimmer. This was exactly what I needed.

Works as well as the original line that came with the trimmer.

Having the line in two different colors makes it easy to center it on the trimmer hub, allowing you to crank the line in with each end being the same length. I was able to do all of my weekly string trimming without having to extend any additional line out for the entire job. Seems to be as strong as the original brand.

No problem with delivery!

Convenient lengths of pre-cut line, no real need for the two colours, as it's quite easy to find the centre of the length. But I suppose it's colourful. Took a little while to arrive, but I was advised about that so no problem. Thankyou!
