Good Goody Bags
Thin plastic goody bags worked perfectly for birthday party treats and trinkets for the kids. Graphics well-printed in vibrant colors on a white opaque bag, just what we wanted to keep the contents a surprise. They are open at the top with oval cut-outs so it can be held it as a handle. We had a bit of weight to the bags but the handles didn't tear or stretch. You can also tie a ribbon (like for a balloon) through the handle no problem. We'll be ordering these again for our next party.

Good as party favors
Call it my ignorance, but I thought a blowout always has a noise too. I bought these for my boys' second birthday party as party favors. I was disappointed that there was no sound, it was just a blowout, I guess that is what a blowout is! In my country, nobody would pay for a blowout that doesn't have a sound, so go figure. In any case, I hope the kids liked it. My kids had fun for a few seconds when I blew it in their faces following them everywhere while they were in giggles, but they soon forgot it and moved on.

Great price
Cute cards but don't like the crease down the middle and there is a line for emails but nothing for phone number. For the cost of the card I can't complain though.

Good cups - a little small
These cups were cute - but a little small for adults. I would definitely use them for children, but would opt for some larger cups for everyone else next time. Cute design though and they were fairly sturdy.

I made a good choice on these bags
I was short about 5 party favor bags so I just grabbed 1 pack of these. They ended up being bigger, priced less, and even more durable than the bags I already had. I only wish I would've seen these bags sooner. I would've got only these rather than getting the other bags that I DID get.

Review
I haven't inflated the balloons yet but they were inexpensive and colorful. They come in 4-5 colors and it says happy birthday in black letters.

decent goodie bags
Did the job. I purchased these as a last resort. Was looking for more of a themed bag but these were fine for my daughters goodie bags. The kids really didn't care about the actual bag but they did care about the content of the bag so it was fine.

Not as advertised
Have given 3 stars for prompt delivery but not used them yet so cannot comment on strength etc. on the website it states they are 23cm but the package states they are 21cm.

Smaller than I thought
Smaller than I thought because the handle is cut into the bag. So had to revise gifts as some items were too big. But good value.
