My handyman had no problems installing. It gives a reduced water flow for water savings but is plenty for our needs

aerator

It looks good but... (1) its very noisy! I don't know what it is about this faucet, but it's quite noisy. I think it's the aerator insert, but I can't be sure because of the second MAJOR PROBLEM (2) I cannot find a replacement aerator!!! I'm serious! I have tried many aerator inserts from every hardware store online and storefronts (the vertical dimension, or depth, is 0.38" and there are no inserts with that dimension; all aerators on the market are .4x or .5" so all are too big for this faucet). None of them have the proper dimensions to fit in this faucet! This is EXTREMELY frustrating!! It has a special (brass) aerator housing (female) and replacing that with something comparable is also proving impossible. I'm still waiting for a call back from the distributor (Elements of Design" or "Kingston Brass").

Pretty but rather poor performance

These are beautiful faucets but there are at least two issues. We purchased two faucets and one of the handles popped off and was spraying water; fortunately a guest noticed the problem. Second, they are very low flow rate. I would not purchase again.
