We Love This Toaster!
We hesitated to buy this toaster both because of the price but more because of the size. It does take up a lot of room on the counter. But u its worth it. It does everything we hoped for and more. The settings are accurate and niw we can all have our toast just the way we want it and we can all have our toast before the eggs get cold. Very satisfied customers!

Good Quality!
This is a great quality toaster. I wanted to use it for a while before I did a review. It is longer and wider than I expected but I have now learned to love that about it and love all the features. I also love that if you have large specialty size bread slices that they can fit with no issues. The slots are very long and wide with no divider in each slot. Bagels fit with no issues. You can put 4 bagels halves or 4 regular pieces of toast in at one time or just 2 at a time. The timer on the side helps also with my impatience as I know what to expect since it shows how much time is left. It does not put out any heat on the sides but does put out quite a bit from the top. Not enough to be concerned unless I had something in there a long time. I do have it on my counter which sits under my upper cabinet next to my microwave and if I were to need something to be in there longer I would just pull it away from my upper cabinet so it would not be directly below it. The cord is a good length. I have not used the metal holders for anything yet to reheat or keep it warm so I cannot say how it works but I am sure it would work great with the heat it puts out. I do have a smaller kitchen and storage space is limited so I can't put it away anywhere plus I don't like getting crumbs in my cabinets. So, I leave it on the counter. It does take up quite a bit of space but I use it a lot, so it works out for me. The 2 main reasons I got it was the timer and the size of the slots so I can deal with the size of the whole toaster because I love the size of the slots. It also had good reviews.

Beautiful Toaster.. but...
The product arrive quickly and in perfect condition. The stylish lines blend in quite well with my Ovente hot water kettle. I bought it mainly for the pop-up warmer. I do not like my bagels toasted on both sides. The little pop-up warmer will toast the inside of the bagel and leave the top as is. It is easy to clean and does a nice job of toasting bread evenly. However, I had to give it 4 stars due to a very simple design flaw. The toaster has the settings painted on the black part with white paint so you can see the level how long you want your item to toast. The knob is the problem. It is solid black. When you turn it to change settings, you cannot see what it is pointing to. You cannot see that little black "dimple" on the black knob unless you have a super bright kitchen. You have no way of knowing if you're pointing at a 3 or a 6. To correct the problem, I used a toothpick and some white paint to fill the little dimpled area with white paint. You can see it in the photo. That made all the difference in the world. I do NOT understand how a design team could overlook something so simple! Maybe none of them have ever used one. Other than that, I would definitely recommend it.

Pretty good
Bought for longer slices of bread and bagels. Worked really well for about a month or so, not used every day though. Set it on 3 and was really good for lightly toasting, but now same setting is going darker. Other members have changed setting, but I always put mine back so don't know why it is doing that. Will have to see how it continues to work.

No Issues
Researched for toaster with the long slice option and price on this was reasonable with many 5 star ratings. I noted a number of complaints re uneven toasting and short term failure so purchased an extended warranty in case... First delivery was dented and it was promptly replaced by Amazon. Only used for a week but toasts evenly, dial control for setting is really just a timer so you can shorten or lengthen time as it is toasting. Simple and clean layout. Would recommend at this stage. With extended warranty for $15 I am covered to 2026 if it ever does act up.

Looks good, functional? No
I love the look of this toaster and the settings are nice however a normal slice of bread doesn’t fit in. One side is always sticking out and it’s super annoying!

Looks nice but…
It’s super easy to use… it’s a toaster :) Unfortunately, it didn’t toast the longer, thicker, artisan slices of bread evenly. Maybe we just got a lemon (?) It doesn’t have the bagel setting, which I hadn’t noticed when I ordered it. Decided to pay a little bit more and get a brand known to us.
