Comfortable, durable, no chafing. Some of the stitching is poor, but still the best.
These are the most comfortable underwear I've ever worn. Pros: 1) They don't chafe. Not running, walking, biking, hiking, backpacking. Worth their weight in gold for that. 2) They're super durable. Wash and wear. They've been through many, many wash cycles. 3) They don't smell if you need to wear for a few days. 4) They wick moisture well... as a result, they don't chafe even when wet. 5) Elastic holds up (waistband and legs). Cons: 1) They pill between the legs right away, if your thighs touch while walking. Not pretty. But has had zero effect on long-term visibility. 2) Some of the leg opening stitching is extremely poor. After the first wash cycle, it starts unraveling. If you cut it off, it just keeps unraveling with the next wash cycle. While they'll replace them under the "lifetime warranty," you shouldn't have to go to that trouble. They should work on quality control. 3) Ex Officio customer service is now very poor. They're owned by Newell (i.e., Rubbermaid). Their customer service is based in Poland. It takes FOREVER. They tell you 15 days to process a warranty claim, but it's more like a month. The customer service reps aren't users of the products, or enthusiasts (like Ex Officio and Marmot reps were before acquisition). 4) Although there is some "riding up the leg" I've never found it affects comfort or chafing. The 9" gives you enough length so it doesn't matter, everything that needs to be covered to prevent chafing still is.

Stay Comfortable and Fresh on Your Adventures
If you're an active person who loves to hit the gym or go on outdoor adventures, you need the right gear to keep you comfortable and supported. And when it comes to underwear, the ExOfficio Men's Give-n-go Sport Mesh 9'' Boxer Briefs are the perfect choice. Made from a blend of nylon and spandex, these boxer briefs are designed to wick moisture away from your skin, keeping you cool and dry no matter how intense your workout gets. The mesh panels provide extra breathability, while the flatlock seams prevent chafing and irritation. Plus, the nine-inch inseam offers ample coverage and support. But what really sets these boxer briefs apart is their durability. They're made to last, so you won't have to worry about them wearing out or losing their shape over time. And when it's time to wash them, simply toss them in the machine and they'll come out looking and feeling as good as new. Overall, the ExOfficio Men's Give-n-go Sport Mesh 9'' Boxer Briefs are a great investment for anyone who wants to stay comfortable and supported during their workouts. So why not give them a try and see the difference they can make in your performance?

I really like these boxer briefs
These fit well - they keep everything in place, they aren't too tight (2XL on a bigger guy that wears a 46-48 waist in jeans), and the best part is that the legs are long enough that they go down past the inseam of my somewhat baggy jeans, preventing chafing/rubbing. The fabric on these was almost soft like satin, but stretchy, and very comfortable. Now, the downsides: the WILL pill up between your legs if you get a lot of rubbing down there, and the waitband can fold or roll, but I have that issue with any underwear that I buy. If I wear these all day and am working outside or walking longer distances and sweating, I NEED to change them and take a shower... Leaving them on can give me jock itch. That may just be a function of me being overweight, sweating, and wearing boxer briefs. I don't recall having that issue with normal cotton boxers several years ago, but I've put on some weight since then, too. Regardless, I'm still giving these 5-stars, as they're definitely the best underwear I've had. I don't know if I would want to go back to boxers, and the other boxer briefs I've tried are either too short (Saxx) or don't secure the boys well enough or just seem to fit weird (multiple FotL styles).

Good - Comfort
Good - Comfort. I tried at least 5 brands before these and this is the most comfortable by far. - Fit is fantastic with big legs and they stay comfortable no matter what I'm doing - walking around, sitting, stretching, running, working out. - Fabric stays comfortable if you're hot, cold, sweaty, wet, etc. - Lack of Chafing - my thighs rub together a little with these there's no chafing I don't even notice, it's fantastic. - Keep my junk in place. Dunno a better way to say it, these seem to do a lot better job of things not getting twisted around and having to do that awkward "see if no one's looking" move to adjust. - Last forever. They're expensive, but they seem to last and last and last which makes up for it. Bad - Colors. They couldn't make these in solid black? Really? I'm stuck between a bright red waistband which looks silly with some clothing, or a black waistband with grey leggings which accumulate a little black lint over time. And black is just a better color for avoiding underwear stains. It really kinda ticks me off that some marketing person took such fantastic underwear and crippled them by not making a solid black pair. - The downside of not having to adjust my junk in these is that I feel like the design causes my junk to stick out a bit more when wearing gym shorts. It's certainly not a "huge" deal, certainly no one has said anything or anything. Overall they've been fantastic, but I gotta take off a star for not coming in solid black - come on ExOfficio. It's not difficult to make them in that color. I guarantee you there's a lot more people wanting solid black than there are wanting the other colors offered like green with a solid waistband.

Great fit, TOO EXPENSIVE!!!
I had to try them, cuz I need good undies for my long hikes. These are very comfortable, but the price is just way too much.

Does not wear well !
Used these while walking the Camino in Northern Spain - walking 20 - 30 kilometres per day - within a few days the fibres at the crotch became '' knitted '' together and '' balled '' and uncomfortable to wear . Might be ok if just sitting in a bus but not for active wear ! They seem to be advertised as quick drying nylon - which they are - but I found Under Armour underwear much better - dry as quickly - and much more comfortable and durable for long day hikes.

Comfy, but poor manufacturing quality
These are possibly the most comfortable underpants I've worn, but the quality is really poor. Like other reviewers I've found that they started pilling on the first wear and the threads stuck to the stitching like Velcro. Don't expect I'll get a very long life out of them at all.
