Great towel holder

I’ve now ordered quite a few of the Franklin Brass items (cabinet handles, tp holder, towel holder) and I’m very pleased with all of them. Very stylish, nice weight/sturdiness and easy to install.

Good Product but Set Screw Missing

This is a very good product. The set screw was missing. I contacted the manufactuerer to request a set screw be sent. We'll see if they are responsive.

Nice quality; incorrect technical specs on Amazon

The specifications on offered for the item initiated that the holes were 15/16" (23.3mm) apart. I specifically bought this item for this reason, as it meant that I could use the existing holes (with wall anchors) from the item I was replacing. The information was incorrect. The holes were possibly 5/8" (19mm) apart. (I would say the entire bracket, tip-to-tip was 15/16"). I was disappointed that I had extra wall work to do. Additionally, the set screw is set so close to the wall, that it meant that I had to continuously remove the allen wrench to reposition it as I tightened. The product itself was very nice and good quality. Because of the installation issues however, I chose a product by a different manufacturer when I needed to purchase robe hooks.

Love this! The molly's they give you for drywall are garbage. They immediately bent when hammered. I used better quality molly's and assembly worked great.

Looks really nice. Quality feels great. The only thing that held back 5 stars was the fact that it came with no instructions. Use a 3/8" drill bit for your pilot holes. Good luck.
