Cute and soothing!!
I bought this a little while back for my horrible period cramps. I only started using it a week ago, it works great!! Bonus: it smells strongly of lavender (soothing! ????) which came as a surprise. We don't have a microwave (eco-friendly household and health based too), so I put it in our clean crockpot on medium-low heat (you can put it on high too). It worked like a charm! It works so well, my family commandeered it for other pain (neck and knee pain). They are both considering buying one because I won't let them steal mine. 10/10 recommend *Note: it takes a while to heat up (a hot water bottle works better). If you have the time to heat it for about 30 minutes, it’s lovely! (this is if you use a crockpot, not sure if you use an oven). ????

Not very warm
Perhaps my microwave is lying to me about the wattage, but when I microwave my avocado exactly as directed for my microwave, it's simply warm, and cools down quite quickly. I've microwaved it for slightly longer, even though it says not to, and have gotten it to a better temperature and it is comforting but still, it doesn't last very long.

Great for pain and cramps
I absolutely love this product. I have been getting super bad cramps lately and bought this hoping it would help because I had something similar when I was younger. Went above and beyond my expectations. It is super cute and the perfect size to lay on your lap for cramps. Fabric is very soft and comfortable, and it’s seams aren’t falling apart. I put it in the microwave for a minute and a half and it stays warm for a pretty long time (and it even smells amazing). If you have bad cramps this is a must have! I’ll be suggesting this to my friends!

Got this for a Christmas present for my girlfriend and let me tell ya, the smell of it was full of lavender! It was like I was diving into a pool of relaxation for just the little smell I got. She opened it up and said “It’s an avocado... thankkkssss”, you all know that video. Anyways, she smelt it and her eyes widened up so quickly because it smelt so nice. It keeps her warm as well, which is a good thing because fella’s you know that your girlfriends feet and hands are the coldest thing on this planet and you ladies know that as well because the look in your devilish eyes right before you put your feet or hands on us.... you know what you’re doing :P It’s a cute little design your girlfriend will love and keep on her to keep warm and NOT PUT THEIR ANTARCTIC HANDS AND FEET ON US! Plus the lavender smell is very nice and relaxing.

Should Have Bought This Earlier! Avocado Pain Relief
Incredibly happy with this purchase and the peace of mind that it brings. I use to go to bed with an electric heating pad that had a 2 hour shut off timer but I was still terrified of the possibility that it wouldn’t shut off and I would wake up with burns. Thankfully, I don’t have to worry about that happening with my little “Avi” Avocado buddy! I easily pop it into the microwave and have heat that lasts about 45 minutes to an hour and is the perfect temperature to alleviate cramping pain. Definitely a nice comfort when you’re feeling crampy.

Cute but not worth it
Cute but not the greatest. First was sent a used product, so got it replaced. The smell isn’t nice and heating it with a cup of water like it recommended makes the avocado moist and my skin does not like it! Would not recommend.
