Old bases don't always match new hardware.

I used it to enlarge screw holes so I could use the hardware that came with the device. Not bulky, easy to use, very valuable on a job.

NOT for the average handiman

these are a special tool used MOSTLY by an electrician when having to change out a wall outlet or light switch ! or as in my case, when the sheetrock workers spray paint on and in the new empty outlet boxes in the newly built walls !

This thing broke at the first use !! Broke off in a box and made the job really difficult . For the price i would not buy another

I've used many brands of this type of tool. Many way more expensive. This one works just as well as any I have used. I would buy it again.

Good quality for the price.

I purchased this tool as a back-up in case of failure of my regular rethreading tool and I was surprised at the quality for the price.

Not durable, broke easy after a couple uses.

Not durable, i used this tool about 10 times. The 6/32 tip broke off while using it on a electrical box. 16$ for a couple uses only? I'd rather get the Klein one again. I had the Klein for like 6 years before it broke. Do no recommend.
