Works great but keep temps low
These greenlife plans work great but make sure you keep stove temps medium/low (5 or below on my electric) and NEVER use metal utensils on them or you will ruin the coating and leave scratches I was a little rough on mine and my wife keeps forgetting the low heat role so my old ones only lasted about a year. I hope this diamond coating will prove a bit more durable.

Follow Instructions!
I just bought this pan for a second time. It's a great value for the price and works well, but I didn't pay enough attention to the instructions and ruined it with frequent use. Eventually the nonstick surface was destroyed, just about everything began to stick to it, and I had to throw it out. I have a gas stove and definitely used medium-high heat at times, I also used cooking sprays which the instructions clearly warn against, and once stuff started sticking to it I stupidly used a soft scrubby to get it clean, so I probably hastened its demise. I have two other pans in different sizes from this company that have held up beautifully, but I don't use those as often, and I am now carefully following the instructions on this new one as well as those.

This is the best pan. It is non-stick with a gray surface. When I say non-stick it's wonderful. Does not scratch. I also love the blue outside color. If I ever need another pan or pot I will get this one for sure.

This is a super easy cleanup if you take care to use some oil in the pan and don’t cook above medium heat to protect the surface. The color is very pretty.

Amazing non-stick
Got turned on to these pans by my wife's brother, and they are the best fry pans I've ever used! I've used many different "non-stick" pans with many different types of coatings, but none of them lived up to what I was hoping for. Right from the start, and to varying degrees, food stuck to all of the other pans, which led to burning and difficulty cleaning. These pans (the diamond ones at least) are truly non-stick! I've been using them regularly for the last few weeks since they arrived, and everything just slides out; no burning, no sticking. Clean up is a breeze, everything comes off with a quick rinse under the tap. I only use a bit of soap and wipe the pans out with a cloth to make sure any residual oil is off, but it probably doesn't need it. On top of the ease of cleaning, I've noticed that the food I'm cooking tastes better too. They aren't cheap, but if you are looking for a real non-stick pan, you won't be disappointed!

Enfin, ça ne colle pas!
Elles sont légères et VRAIMENT antiadhésives si on respecte les instructions, c'est-à-dire de ne pas les faire chauffer à vide avec le feu au niveau le plus élevé. Nous arrivons à faire dorer les aliments sans problème avec un feu au trois-quarts ce qui réduit le risque de les endommager (selon les instructions). Elles prennent 20 secondes à nettoyer avec une éponge on un linge en rétine. Nous les conseillons vraiment pour le prix! Nous les avons depuis environ 2 mois donc côté durabilité, nous ne pouvons pas nous prononcer, mais jusqu'à maintenant, rien à signaler.

This set is great. Have been using it for 3 weeks now - love it. Great for cooking and easy cleaning. Only disappointment is that the 5qt stock pot has a different lid (no strainer) and no pour spout. Steamer plate came bent
