Light would not turn off in morning

Problem with dawn to dusk. Light turns on fine but not off as sensor did not turn off light on north side if home. I added a timer switch to turn power on and off, works fine now.

optional adapter bracket

i just installed the Halo TGS 2bulb dusk to dawn light (21.6 watts). I have not tried it at night yet to see how bright it is ( but I tested it to make sure it works correctly). I had installed a 35w 3 light fixture in the same place last week (but a differant brand) but it is too bright for my purposes. I will see tonight if the 21.6w is better suited for my purpose. Halo lights are sold by Cooper Lighting Comapny which is a very good company. For the people who said they needed the optional adapter plate kit (TGS-KIT-MTG) but cannot find one, I see that Home Depot sells them (might have to do a two day order), I imagine Cooper Lighting sells them, and some other places on the internet sells them. The people who say the fixture broke when they screwed the light into the junction box you must have a differant model number light, because my light is made of aluminum.

Not water resistant as advertised.

Very attractive light, Bright and easy to install. However after a big rain both lights filled up with water and of course quit working. The light was securely mounted under an overhang out of direct rain, so I was very surprised when I looked up and saw the lens is full of water. Needless to say no longer works, very disappointing

Color not as pictured

Color looks bronze on the box, the pictures but when you open the box lights are more of a dark gray. So if bronze is what you are looking for these are not the lights. Can not write to performance as will be returning.

Adapter plate sold separately!?!

It's a cheap option but looks good enough. Not happy that the adapter plate is sold separately. Unless you are mounting to a electrical box, make sure you purchase the mounting plate.

Works well just the halo setting is not the good to dim down

Motion detection is great on it . The light is bright but the dim down on adjustment only seems to dim light about 50-60%. If keep turning down light just goes out. I have another similar older Halo light it dims to down to say 15-20%.

This is a poor quality product, do not buy this!!

Bought this one on August 24, 2022 based on Halo brand awareness. Paid around CAD$100 from Amazon. After installed it worked fine for a week, then it’s day-to -dawn device stopped working periodically, it stayed on until 11 am and back on again around 4 pm. Started around October 2022, it stayed on all day long. On Dec 23 2022, it died completely. For an 100 dollar LED light worked only four months is absolutely a bad product. Will never buy Halo product again.

Missing Parts

I am unable to install the light as : 1 it is missing 4 parts that are supposed to be included, and 2 there is no mention of an adaptor plate TGS-KIT-MTGBZ that you may be required for certain installations.
