Too many unusable tiles that were not in the description

I like the tiles They are a great size and the black letters stand out boldly on the white tile. However, there are far too many digraphs and Spanish accent tiles that take away from my ability for me to use these properly for groups of 5 or more.

Dislike the design of the back of tile

The back side is not filled/flat. I was hoping to use with Velcro dots. Due to the way the back side is designed, you are unable to use Velcro to attach to binder work, task cards, ect.

Really 248 letter tiles, unless you are teaching the Spanish alphabet

I like that these letter tiles came in their own tote. Most of the letters have a set of 10, with a set of 8 for the following: j, q, v, x, y, z. The tiles tend to get stuck on each other, as the back of the tile is open, however they are easy to separate. This letter tiles product really has 248 letter tiles, unless you are teaching the Spanish alphabet (ch, ll, ñ). Overall, it will serve the intended purpose, I wish I knew there were 30 letters I wouldn’t be using when I initially purchased the product (not mentioned in the description).

Great for what I needed!

I got this for my preschool class. We dump it in the floor and they do “word finds.” Its great for what I needed. It’s durable and easy to clean.

Great resource for fun learning.

I purchased these for my granddaughter and they work great for her. If you have a child that does better with touching/doing rather than auditory or visual learning these might be just what you need. They are fun for the family simply by spelling words together.

Valuable classroom tool

I love these tiles and how many there are of each letter. Underlining vs. the period to show Letter direction would have been more clear to young learners though. In addition, I thought they would be solid (like a scrabble tile) but are not backed—that’s my misunderstanding though. Overall, still very valueable tool!

Great for spelling

I purchased these for my four year old to use with another product that segments words for spelling. They are significantly cheaper in price than the letters that would have gone with the other product. They still work great! I am a kindergarten teacher and would consider buying these for my classroom!
