Son with ASD

My son loves anything Numberblocks .. as it seems most kids with autism do. So happy they're coming out with new products to mix things up. These are a little hard to use for younger kids the puzzle isn't very auto - correcting.

MADE WELL - SELF CORRECTING - LARGE SIZE

My ASD son loves number-blocks and even though he know his number and can do puzzles, he still wanted these and had fun using his imagination playing with them. If your kiddo gets frustrated when trying to put together or pull apart, be aware that the material will lift up possibly (nature of cardboard, just like any puzzle piece). We didn’t have any issues with this but my son was easily able to do the puzzle. It is self correcting and a great fine motor exercise for any kiddo (whether putting together or taking apart). I believe the price (approx $13 at the time of this review) to be spot on for the material and what you get.

If your child wants to actually play with the NumberBlocks, you might need glue. :(

My youngest child is on the spectrum and obsessed with everything NumberBlocks. These are cool in concept, but difficult for him to work with. The puzzle pieces aren't very forgiving - you can't, for example, put Four's NumberBlobs under 3 - the pieces won't fit. Also, they will only fit together if turned the correct way. He can figure that out easily enough, but there's another problem. Though the puzzles are made out of hard cardboard and only have three pieces, he often wants to pick up the completed puzzle and then play with the NumberBlock character. He then gets frustrated when the top and bottom pieces fall off. Making the cardboard a little thicker to allow the pieces to stay together would have resolved that problem. Otherwise, it's a fun, educational toy.

Great for any fan of numberblocks

My 5 year old son is obsessed with number blocks. He was so excited when he saw this puzzle. He had a lot of fun putting it together and lining the numbers up in order. Each number is its own separate puzzle. It has a piece with the number, a piece with the number block character and a piece with the number balls.

Numberblocks are a win

We love Numberblocks. These cards take those beloved characters to tactile learning. My preschool daughter is learning to be able not only to identify the numbers but also quickly sight count. It is such great set!
