A Very Good and Sweet Interracial Romance

Second Chance Serenade is a very good and sweet interracial romance novel that earned a rating of five stars. Evie was a rich southern girl being controlled by her parents, who controlled every aspect of her life. They even had her husband picked out, but she did not love him. When she met Judah he became the love of her life and he gave her courage to run away to follow her dreams which meant she had to leave him behind. They had to go through a lot of obstacles to find their way back to each other. I enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys reading very good interracial romantic novels.

Great love story

Rich, snobby,, country club, socialites, overbearing parents, petty young people were all in this story. I enjoyed reading about these young lovers,, and loved the change in the parents. The adults were as messy as the kids. Troy was a bully and I loved the way Judah handled him. I recommend this book.

Enjoyable Read...

I read the reviews of this book and a few of the reviewers were kind of harsh because of the female lead character. I enjoyed reading Evie and Judah’s story even though I didn’t agree with all of Evie’s actions, but totally understood why she felt she needed to go that route. Mia Caldwell is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors to read. I wouldn’t mind catching up with this couple in a follow-up to see how things are panning out.

Such an ABSOLUTE ENJOYABLE read!!!!! I wanted to read all 200+ pages in one sitting but, I had to go out and get something for dinner............I guess I could've ordered delivery! Give us more Ms. Mia, I'll buy them!????
