Well made faucet
We ordered two of these faucets to replace Vigo Cornelius faucets that we recently had installed. The Vigo one splattered all over the counters and water constantly sat in the waterfall trough leading to mineral buildup that was difficult to remove without scratching the finish. So we decided to replace them with these Hansgrohe ones that have an aerator which should solve the splatter/spray problem. (We'll also make sure we have a licensed plumber install them, since our others were installed by our contractor and although we thought he was going to have a plumber install them, we now believe he did it and he's not a licensed plumber.) We have a Hansgrohe faucet in our kitchen and it's worked well for several years so we hope these will work well for years as well. The only problem is that you have to order the rough in valve separately and the item page didn't indicate that. I asked in the Q & A section and some knucklehead said "Yes" they did come with it but we received them today and NO, they don't. At any rate, my only complaint about wall mounted faucets is that they all seem to use different rough-in valves, so you end up tearing up your wall if you need to replace them. Fortunately, Hansgrohe uses a universal rough in, so if 20 years from now we need to replace a faucet, we won't have to ruin our tile work or cut a hole in the back of the wall to get to the valve to replace it! Here's hoping it works well!
