Giant, stiff trucker hat

I bought this to hike in, and I was hopeful that it would have more of an athletic fit because Headsweats is a great brand with awesome running hats... but it wasn't. This is what I'd call a pure "fashion" trucker hat, with the added terry band inside that Headsweats is known for. It's made of decent materials, but the fit is 100% stiff, huge trucker hat. I wanted soooo badly to love it because the design is adorable, the quote on it is perfect, the colors are nice, etc. However, I don't wear trucker hats because they look gigantic on my head and they don't lend themselves to actual outdoor activities. This one is no different. Also, it came with a huge crease in it that didn't come out in 3 days of being stuffed with tissue paper, and that made the weird huge fit look even worse.

I was in desperate search for a hat to run in that didn't look like I borrowed it from my gym teacher. A hat that was hardy enough to handle long distance runs without causing discomfort but still looked stylish. I found it! I bought this hat one week before I ran my last marathon 10 days ago. I did a few quick training runs in it (5-10 miles) and I didn't hear a peep out of it. I was excited to have found a hat that I could wear during the full marathon and not have to bother with it. It kept up with me and honestly, I forgot I had it on. The best part for me is that the back mesh is SOFT and not hard and crunchy like most meshed hats. That being said it is breathable. The band around the inside of the hat fit very comfortably, it was soft and just enough snug to keep it in place. My head is on the larger side but just slightly, and I didn't have to adjust it, put it on as is right out of the bag! I am not sure about its capability to hold back sweat from running down your face in warm or hot weather but I did notice after the marathon that the hat absorbed the sweat and I never noticed while running (sometimes hats can get cold and clammy from sweat absorption). I love this hat and I think you will too, runner or not, its a good hat, in fact I am wearing it right now.

Cute hate, good quality, need a larger forehead apparently

I really like this hat. I do. It totally fits my personality and I how I feel most days. It’s cute and the quality is great. But idk if I missed it or picked the wrong size but it’s too big for me and it’s pretty obvious. I have it adjusted with the snaps but it looks dumb still. The front of the hat hangs really low on my forward almost covering my eyes. When I tilt it up a bunch of excess fabric bunches in the back. Idk I have to play around with to get it just right and just not give a shit that I look like a toddler wearing my dads hat because at the end of it I do like the hat.

Amazing hat!

I am a 37 year old bald guy with a beard that is training for multiple Ultra-marathons with distances greater than 100 miles. You can imagine, this hat is worn, all the time, in the rain, snow, sleet, up a mountain, dirt, mud, you name it. And it just wicks away the sweat so you don't get it in your eye and cools your head off with the "trucker" backing. Worth it's weight in gold, the product is a true testament to being built tough.

great trucker/workout combo

I love this hat. I have an oval face and narrow head. normally trucker hats are super big on me and look ridiculous, unfortunately. but not this one. it is a little thick on the sides, but that's a headsweat hat---which makes it absorbent when sweating (of which I'm a star). Love this. my husband wants a headsweat trucker one now...

Great hat!

I bought this for a backpacking trip in Wyoming and it worked great! Most trucker hats feel huge on my head, but this one fit nicely. It wasn't too hot with the black color and ventilated nicely. There's also a sweet little surprise with wording on the inside... I would buy again!

Love this hat!

I LOVE this hat. I have a HUGE head and am not included in the “one size fits most” group...I guess I’m one of the special minority with huge brains haha but this hat fits comfortably even on the widest level and it doesn’t give me a headache from being squeezed all day. And it’s super cute! The moisture wicking is a plus. This is my 2nd headsweats trucker and have no complaints.

Not worth the price.

Print is sub standard, not sharp. Material feels cheap. Not impressed with the workmanship.
