Be careful if you really need these for a medical condition
I bought these socks thinking that they would be effective like other compression socks I’ve purchased, helping to keep swelling (edema) down, but maybe just a little more of the feeling of typical crew socks. Unfortunately, these didn’t have much compression at al in them and are not effective for edema. I would say that they wouldn’t be effective for neuropathy or diabetes either. I am basing this on buy-in a size mall (I am a women’s size 9). I did like that these keep my feet warm without being sweaty (they seem to moisture-wick well). They’re also soft and very comfortable. They seem to have good padding in the heel and sole. I like that they have a bit of spandex in them so they are a bit stretchy. These socks are taller than most I own. I think that these are good socks but if you are in serious need of compression then these aren’t going to work. Perhaps they are just too big and you could try to size down - I didn’t try that. Overall, these aren’t bad socks but they may not work for what you’re trying to do with them.

Thin For Diabetic Socks
These diabetic s socks are thinner than others on the market today. They are very soft and feel comfortable but don't have enough compression for a diabetic sock. I ordered a size xl since I wear size 13 shoes, but I find that the heel is too high up on my foot. I would suggest getting a size smaller. They tend to run on the bigger side. I was going on a flight, and they were great for a getaway since my feet tend to swallow up from the pressure. I didn't have any issues with them rolling down as some sockets tend to do. There is not much elastic band near the top. I hope they don't lose the support. I wasn't aware that these could be hand-washable, only well sorry in the washer they go.

Nice as basic socks, but I don't feel compression
These socks don't look or feel like other compression socks. I wouldn't blink at wearing these out in public, and they wouldn't draw any attention to themselves since they just look like normal socks. They're also much softer than standard compression socks. I do not have diabetes; I do have a circulatory condition. Likely for what I have, it would be better to wear taller compression socks, that extend higher up on the legs. I got the right size for my feet, and feel no compression at all. The instructions for how to put them on weren't necessary because they fit like normal socks for me (maybe even a bit looser than some). If your feet are swollen, perhaps they will fit a bit more tightly, but I don't feel compression with them. I doubt they are functioning at all for my condition. As socks, I really like them. For compression? They don't seem to have that ability. I was surprised at how loose they are.

Soft and comfortable, but a bit tall/long
My husband has circulatory issues in his calves so he really loves these "diabetic" socks--they allow for swelling throughout the day without leaving red marks on his calves and don't cause sore spots or itching. These are soft, and they have a bit of extra padding in the sole (most of his don't have that). They do provide a bit of compression, but not too much (and not enough for a long flight--just enough for sitting at a desk all day). He wears a size 12 wide, and these fit well, but they're a bit taller/longer than his usual style; they go almost to his knees, though the picture shows them to be typical crew length. Other than them being a little long (which he's not super keen on), he likes them. They breathe well, wash well, and keep his feet cool and comfortable throughout the day.

good, but don't stay on all day
These socks are very soft and comfortable to wear. They are mid-weight and can be worn any season. The socks are very stretchy, so if your feet tend to swell by the end of the day, you won't be uncomfortable. The tops are non-binding, but are very loose. They fit great in the morning but started sliding down by midday :( If they stayed up all day, they'd be ideal socks.

Soft and comfortable but a little high on the calves.
These socks are soft and comfortable for my son who has muscular calves. Regular socks leave indents in his calves because they are tight. These have a stretchy top part that doesn't dig in and doesn't sneeze. They don't fall down but are higher on the calf than typical crew socks which is kind of a negative for my son. He wears boots and the socks show over them whereas typical crew socks don't. But overall, these are good socks. A bit pricey for one pair but comfortable.

Comfortable, good fabric
I've tried a lot of diabetic sock brands. Many of them are basically made with a type of mesh that stretches and doesn't bind but also looks and feels cheap. These are real fabric, look like normal tube socks they're not super stretchy, but they also aren't binding at all. There's some cushion in the bottom, too. They're higher on my list of favorite brands. I wish there were more cushion but the quality is good so it's still a winner.

Not as good as expected
This pair lost its original quality in the first few wash loads. I don't think these compress as much easier as others I've used, but are very soft.
