Excellent Fishing Gloves

I fish offshore 2 - 4 times a month. I was spiked by a fish a couple of months ago and my finger ended up getting infected. It still isn't completely healed, so I was looking for good waterproof gloves to protect the wound and help me avoid another spiking. I looked at several different gloves in the store and couldn't find a pair that were waterproof, fit well, and had the flexibility and feel to handle bait and tackle. These gloves worked perfectly. I was able to handle small bait, pick up small hooks, use pliers, and handle fish without getting spiked. The only thing I couldn't do with the gloves on was tie knots. The bandage on my finger was completely dry after several hours of fishing.

Nice gloves

The gloves are great, they tend to be a little on the smaller size and were tight getting on because of that but once I was able to get over my hand the fit was good. Very nice quality.

Highly underrated winter and general purpose glove

I use these for skiing and I've been searching for a glove like this for a long, long time. I wanted gloves that were highly dexterous, reasonably waterproof and windproof, and has touchscreen compatibility. These gloves are absolutely amazing for my needs: -They are not bulky like most winter or waterproof gloves. They are almost as thin as fleece liner gloves so I can easily adjust buckles, zippers and everything in between. This is great for resort or backcountry skiing uses because of that. The rubber gripping pattern on the gloves are also great! -They are much more waterproof than fleece liner gloves (which soak through as soon as you touch snow) and generally windproof. I can now easily brush off snow or water from my gear when adjusting them without concern. Because they are also pretty windproof, I can use just these gloves for most of my winter days unless it gets colder than -10 degrees Celsius. These gloves do soak through in heavy rain, BUT in my experience so do most “waterproof winter gloves” (I own a few GoreTex gloves from the well-known outdoor brands). -Because they are so thin, I can wear a warmer, more waterproof mitt over them when needed. Layering is the way to go for outdoor clothing, why not the same for gloves? -Touchscreen compatibility is essential these days since there are so many useful navigation apps on a smartphone. These aren’t as accurate as liner gloves since they are a little thicker, so pinch to zoom is harder, but it’s acceptable for me. -The glove color choices are for hunting and fishing purposes but I think they look awesome I’m about to head out into a snowstorm this weekend again. If anyone finds a pair of gloves that are as waterproof, dexterous, and touchscreen-compatible as these, let me know. Otherwise, these are probably going to be my go-to gloves for the foreseeable future.
