These do not have the bottom port - they are capped

The Culligan AC30 has a top and bottom port on the membrane (center) filter. Neither of the two filters have a port. They are both capped. I tried to find customer service to ask question - No Customer Service is available. Regrettably I must return this set.

Only one filter was sent

Product was not as described, and advertising was not accurate. The picture and description shows three filters. However, only the small filter (2" X 6", 3/8") was in the package.
