Great reliable system thats easy to install & maintain

After lots of research and reading through numerous reviews, I finally took the plunge on our first RO system and definitely not disappointed. Instructions were clear and it was not difficult to complete the installation. All parts were solid and you can see the quality. Brought TDS down to almost zero (3) Filter changes are relatively easy to accomplish and reasonable in price. No leaks except for one faulty connector during installation but iSpring provides extras in the the package. Have had the system for about 4 years now and it's been very reliable. Only issue recently is that the booster pump clicks on and off periodically. Recorded an audio of the issue and sent it in to iSpring Tech support. They responded surprisingly quickly in less than a day notifying me that it is likely an Auto Shutoff Valve issue. That response is extremely rare these days as most companies takes days to respond if at all. Even though it is out of warranty, the rep offered to request a replacement anyway. I'm perfectly fine with paying for a new auto shutoff valve considering it is almost 4 years of use and they are rather inexpensive on Amazon, but it is nice that this was offered. Highly recommended. Also make sure you check out their support website even prior to installing. It has a lot of info that I did not know about and links to some accessories that would be helpful for certain situations. I remember wasting a lot of time researching alternatives to the saddle drain options to find out just now that they had the recommended part linked on their website.

Amazing water!

I purchased this product to install in my home with very hard, iron water. I connected it to the water line that feeds my refrigerator. It does everything it says! I had my water tested by two outside companies, and both times the water filtered with this product came back good. I have owned this for years now, and had an issue with one of the parts becoming faulty. I contacted iSpring, and had the absolute best experience with Sean. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I received what was needed to correct the fault in my unit. I would purchase this product again, and while I don’t expect to have any issues, I know that Sean at iSpring will provide amazing customer service support should I need it again.

Superb customer service

Update on 03/03/2023: the new system has worked very well for about 2 weeks. It turned out that the post-carbon filter in the new system has a different connection from the old one. Since I already have a 3 year supply of filters I ordered before, I emailed iSpring asking if there is any adaptor I can use to connect so my filters won't be wasted. Guess what, they just sent me 3 new post-carbon filters! I cannot believe this kind of customer service even exists nowadays! If you need RO system, iSpring is the best place to go! I rarely write any product reviews, but I have to this time! I would give10 stars if it was allowed, as I experienced the best customer service with iSpring. I had this system for 10 years, and it worked really well in the past 10 years. However, I noticed leakage from the pump recently. Considering it is way out of warranty, I called iSpring customer service, trying to get some guidance on which pump I should order. John answered my call and after asking about my problem, he immediately offered to send me a new pump for free! What a nice surprise! A few days later, the pump arrived, but unfortunately, the wires of the new pump is not compatible with my 10 years old system. So I called iSpring again. This time, I talked to Sean, and explained my problem to him. One day later, I received an email from Sean, telling me that they would send me a whole new head of the system, so I wouldn't need to bother wiring the pump! Now the new system was installed and is working great! This is the best customer service I have experience in my life, for a 10 years old product which is far out of warranty. I guess you can never go wrong with iSpring. Thanks to John and Sean!

I spoke to Nick at ISpring before my purchase. I explained the trouble I always had with another brand. Slow to fill tank and no pressure. He explained about the booster pump system for on a well. The system works great! Easy to install with their directions and tech support. I have not bought any extra water jugs, like i had to with the old system. Due to tank not filling.

Works great, easy to install

Using this to feed an undercounter ice maker. It works great for that purpose - though I am contemplating picking up a remineralization filter to add on. Most discussion of RO systems I saw stated that a water softener being in front of the RO unit would ensure PPM didn't go too low (i.e., less than 10ppm), but despite having a brand new high capacity softener in front of it this unit is keeping my PPM at

First impressions

I work for a local water purification Co. We deal with "other brands". So far this unit makes water with the booster pump very quickly (less than 30 min for a full tank). I'm wondering if I didn't need it. I thought this was a permeate pump. We don't have pressure issues at our home but I wanted extra delivery pressure. So far so good and it's doing exactly what I wanted. (2/4dispense points up and running due to renovation) up to 25' away no noticeable drops in pressure!

Makes well water taste amazing

This filter is excellent, the pump is very quiet, about the same noise level as a fridge running. Install was very easy and they include everything in the box, even the teflon tape and extra parts in case you need them. From my reading it appears like you can upgrade this 75gpd system to 100 gpd by changing the ro membrane to the 100 gpd one in the future as they are both the same size. Very happy with the purchase, takes my salty tasting well water and turns it into amazing tasting water.

Great unit great service

Installed in Jan 2021 on an old farm house with hand dug well. Had some initial performance issues. Don from customer service diagnosed the issue (site specific, high TDS), He proposed and shipped me a different membrane that arrived in a couple days. I can't say enough about how impressed i am with Don and Ispring customer service. The system has been working flawlessly on the same membrane (used for drinking/cooking water in the house) for two years - just looking at getting a new membrane now, as i feel its time. Would definitely recommend the product and the great customer service.

Excellent RO System for the price

Great system for the money. Very easy to install, this one has the booster pump (pump is recommended if on well water), it is so quiet you cannot tell the pump is running unless the room is completely silent. This one is mounted in the laundry room on wall that backs onto the fridge in the kitchen, running water to the fridge and also to island sink faucet in kitchen. Filter changes are easy to do, just make sure you remember to flush the first 3 stages of your system before water enters the membrane. The new filters have some loose carbon and you don’t want to push that into the membrane. If you need any tech support, Nick is awesome, always responds to online questions and genuinely cares about the customer. Good idea to watch the install videos on YouTube.

Great product, tap looks great

Product arrived promptly and packaged nicely. Instructions were easy to follow and well laid out, everything was colour coded. I installed another brand of RO system at the office, and it was way more confusing and difficult to install than this one. Not to mention that this tap looks much nicer than the chrome one I got with the other system. Had one small issue with a few lock tabs missing, but after a quick email to support they responded quickly and the missing pieces were shipped immediately! (Thanks James!!) Really appreciated the extra box of random connectors that were included along with the product. To me this was the icing on the cake, really shows that they're thinking about the end user and that not all installs are the same. Allowed me to make minor modifications without running out to the store for connectors at the last minute. If I had a second kitchen I'd purchase one for there as well :)

Perfect for our ice maker.

Easy to install. Most important, filters are easy to find and reasonably priced. The system we had, filters were like pulling Hens teeth. After much searching found some for that system but cost was more than 3 systems per filter. This system works as described. The booster pump is very quiet. Our fridge/ice maker is more than 20' from the filter system so water dispensing at the fridge is very very slow (fridge water filter is bypassed). We are working on trying to get an increase of water flow. Very pleased with this system and will be a happy camper when I figure out an increase of water flow.
