It has pockets - sort of

I tried a few new brands of shorts last summer and these were not my very favorite, but they were comfy and fit ok so I kept them. My main issue with these is that the pockets bulge out kind of unflatteringly - as much as I love pockets and am a sucker for women's clothing that unexpectedly includes them, they need to be positioned in a flattering way, and in this case I would have rather had no front pockets and only back pockets (which by the way are faux!)

Comfy, super cute and the perfect length.

I have 3 pairs of these shorts and absolutely love them! I bought the black, white and gray in size 8. I weight 145 and am 5'6". I like my shorts a little lose, if not I could easily wear the size 6. I love the pull on style and the length of 5 inches is the perfect, not too short or too long. The fabric is so comfy, a bit on the heavier side which is really nice for the white color.

Odd fit

I’ve purchased products from this manufacturer before but these had a very odd fit. The fabric was great - not cheaply made, they were comfortable. I just didn’t like the way the leg opening wasn’t wider because it looked like a pair of leggings that had just been cut off when you put them on and not a good profile.

Perfect except I wish the front pockets came up further at the top

The pocket openings came down just a tidbit too far, so my belly pushed the openings out a bit. They are very comfy and have ample room for my thick waist. I would order again.

Weird fit/Very flat front.

They are very nice shorts. However the fit is very weird. You need to have a very flat front. Not intended for those of use who are rotunda. ( ie - built like Mrs. Potts).
