professional, elegant and well-made dress
This dress is extremely well made. The stitching is perfect and the zipper is discrete. The hook at the top of the zipper is secure. The pearl buttons on the pockets look elegant. The pockets aren't very deep. They weren't long enough to fit my iphone 6. My iphone was sticking out of the pocket and so I couldn't close the button. For reference, my phone is 5.44 inches long. The tweed material is perfect. The dress will definitely last a long time. I love the colors; a streak of light blue, black, white, brown and red. The dress is dry clean only. I don't love the straight fit. I feel like it takes away from my shape. The dress fits true to size. I'm glad the chest area fits me. I wear a size 34 C/D. I've had tweed dresses that are way too tight in the chest area. With the tweed material being so structured, if it's too tight it can be very uncomfortable and constricting. If you're between sizes, it's almost always better to order up with tweed. The neckline isn't very flattering. This could be due to the thickness of the material. Just FYI it doesn't feel heavy while it’s on. It's actually really comfortable for a tweed dress. The inner lining is perfect. Not the type that would make you feel sweaty or cold. This would definitely be a great dress to wear in the Fall. It can be worn with brown or black boots and a nice cardigan. For reference, I am 5’2 and 125 pounds. I am wearing the size 4. I probably would have benefited from a petite option.

Quality wasn't the best
Karl Lagerfeld Paris Women's Tweed Shift Dress with Pockets The dress is very nice looking but the quality wasn't the best. The length is longer than expected so it would look better on taller women. There is some thread pulling but this piece is classic and never goes out of style!

High quality
This is an attractive dress. It is very pretty. It seems like it is nice quality. I like that it is comfortable but that you can wear it to work. It seems very stylish. It has a nice shape. The fabric is soft and feels very well made. I think you can wear it for going out too - it is pretty versatile. We have many items from this brand and have been pleased with the quality and durability. I would recommend it.

Very cute, but hard to pair with a sweater
This is a super-cute dress. Karl Lagerfeld is a great designer for grown-ups, and I find his styles to be flattering on my 47-year-old body. This dress is a heavy tweed, which is also sleeveless, so it’s a bit tricky to find the perfect day to wear it. You need a day which is in fall or winter, but not too cold. I tried pairing this with about 5 different sweaters, and none of them looked right, but I ultimately settled on wearing it with an oversized cashmere scarf which provided warmth without taking away from the styling of the dress. I thought it also looked nice with a bolero-style sweater that ties in the front. The important thing is that if you wear something over it, you need to make sure it’s cropped so that you can still see the waist and buttons on the front pocket, otherwise you lose the elegant styling of the dress. It is a lovely professional style, perfect for the office or church. I am 5’4” and about 140 lb (34” bust, 29” waist), and the size 6 is a good fit for me. I have loved every Karl Lagerfeld dress I’ve gotten (I think this is the 5th one), and I highly recommend this designer and this dress in particular.

Fully lined
The dress is perfect. It is fully lined, the pockets are real and usable. Very well made. Smooth zipper, the fabric is on the warm side. I ordered the size 4 for 105 lbs, C cup. It fits well on me, I am slim without hips and all dresses fit me large on the hips. I have extra room in the waist because I have to order a larger size to fit my breast. Considering my type of body, It fits very well.

The silhoutte of this dress is absolutely amazing. The slight v-neck in the front accents the collar bone perfectly. The length of this dress is great. I'm 5'3" and got a Medium. The length is lower thigh, though this dress would look great on a taller person and a little shorter in the skirt as well. The fabric is surprisingly thick and durable. It feels like wearing a tweed suit coat, but in a dress. The back of the skirt does NOT have an opening at the bottom, which is perfect. I love having a solid skirt all the way around without a tail.

I love this dress! The up-close detail is amazing. It is beautifully textured with a thick weave tweed in multiple colors including shades of green and black. I love the the cut as well. I would have preferred a slightly longer length but overall it is just a stunning dress.

Stunning, elegant but go size up!
This is absolutely incredible dress, so professional, so well made, with beyond outstanding quality! Length is perfect, stitching is perfect, fits perfect! I love everything about this dress! It’s perfect for dress code & warm enough for winter time! It does not stretch at all so make sure to go size up, I did and I don’t have free room. I’m 36C chest and size 8 is perfect with no push up bra. Overall beautiful addition to my work closet!
