Good for our needs
This is definitely light and easy to travel with. For our use, it's great - easy to push on level surfaces and some incline. NOT for use on uneven ground or grass. the two front wheels are small and don't always go the way you want if surface isn't level. For us the need was light and easy to use to get in and out of buildings like restaurants, stores, etc. Used for a couple hours in a museum and was great. Ours is for a shorter person. Not for use in parks, etc. It works for us and we got an Amazon Warehouse unit so we're pleased with price. But not high end by any stretch of the imagination.

Bad issue with wheel spokes
What I don't like about the chair is the fact that it has spokes in / on the wheels. Several items have got caught up in the spokes and have broken. Open parentheses example my cell phone cord) The spokes are causing the biggest issue for me. It even has broken the seat belt because it got caught in it. If you have anything around you that can get caught in the spokes, it will break. I would love to have wheels that do not have the spokes on it. Also the seat belt now it's broken due to the spokes. I don't know if replacement for seat belt can be done without having to reorder the whole chair. Financially— that is not possible for me to do.

My Karmen Wheelchair
Good day - I just purchased the wheelchair and it arrived on time and in good order. I now find that I must purchase the anti-tippers before using the chair to any extent. For I weigh 245lbs and am 6'2" in height. Now the major complaint that I have is the fact that operation and maintenance instructions are slim to none. Along with the chair I received a small multi purpose wrench. For what? I would certainly appreciate any more instructions the seller could give me.But all in all it is an attractive chair that moves along quite well. Thank you, and now I am off to order the anti-tippers.

Easy to load and unload from the car
I bought this to replace an older wheelchair, for use mostly on sidewalks and walking paths. I'm very pleased with it. It's easy to load in and out of my hatchback and the nubby tires make this chair fairly easy to push on packed dirt and short grass. The pocket on the back of the seat is handy, too.

Tipping over
I purchased this ultra lightweight chair as a way to ease lifting it on my mother because it would be lighter and easier to propel and more compact for getting around in taxis or to friends homes. At first I thought, no problem, I’ll work out the quirks because this is light to pick up and fits in tight spots. So I used WD 40 to loosen the tight wheels, however the chair was more difficult to propel than a 40 lb chair I was using. It was great in theory for independence, but very difficult to propel even with softer grips I purchased as the rims were painful as they were contoured (they looked like they would be great, but I have a weaker grip and couldn’t glide my hands over the rims). Each slope or grade change left me with the sensation I would tip. The final straw was when the chair was locked and I gripped it to transfer and it fell over and I’ve been in a chair over 2 years with training in a rehab facility. I am well under the weight limit of 250 lbs and though I’m over 6 feet, the height wasn’t bad with a cushion. If you’re using this chair indoors solely or will be pushed by someone and are under 200 lbs, perhaps it might work. I like Karman, but this chair felt unsafe and in the end it was.
