It fits well but when I washed it it had a lot of fluff come off

Velvet falls off!
The velvet "fuzz" is not firmly attached to the blouse, leaving bald see thru areas! The fuzzy junk falls off and gets all over your skirt or pants.

Boxy
This is a boxy fit, and the top hits at the upper hip. It's a burnout velvet and overall looks nice but is not especially high-quality. The coloring is nice. Would be good for the right woman and the right occasion ... but looked awful on me as it is not suited to my body type.
