Order a Half Size Up

I ordered the usual size 8 I wear in Keen shoes and my toes were crammed in and hit the front of the shoe. The return was simple but the color I wanted, Lily Pad, was a close out so I had to order a beige color I am not in love with. It was also at the regular price of $85 instead of the sale $59. As for the larger size shoe, I like it very much. The material breathes nicely on a long walk. I was a bit concerned that my wide foot was bumping into the side of the foot bed but a pair of socks and some stretching out by walking seems to have taken care of it. I really like the lightness of these shoes. Most walking shoes feel heavy and clunky to me. These are very lightweight and offer enough support for a long walk in my hilly neighborhood with happy feet at the end. But, Keen needs to get the sizing figured out.

Good brand

The soles have a nylon coat on the them that rubs off as you wear it. There are some photos here that makes it look like the soles are falling apart. They are not however. I’m not sure why they put that on there. After a hike it rubs off. I was glad when it did. They were extremely slippery and I still think they are slippery at times. I would like them to have more grip. They are lightweight and have lasted a long time. Good quality. The fit was great. And for me that’s saying a lot shoe shopping is a challenge for me. I was able to buy online and have been happy with them. I will buy keen shoes again

good looking but run small and tight

I ordered these because my Keen Sports Sandals are fantastic so I had high expectations for their sneaker. The first pair I ordered were incredibly tight so I returned them and ordered a half size larger. The larger size fit one foot well, but was tight on the other foot. I kept them anyway and am happy that they have now stretched a little and are very comfortable. However, the footbed cushioning is thin so I had to insert a pillow innersole. I think Keen could have made a better sneaker, but I can say that they are now very comfortable. The blue-grey color is very nice and they are cooler than most sneakers so good for summer wear. Order a half size larger then you usually wear but they may not fit if your foot is wide.

like the look

I typically wear either a 9.5 or 10. It said true to size, which is 9.5 for me. It was just a tad to short. Was preparing to ship back, but my daughter that wears an 8.5 to 9 loved them. So they were re-homed. They were very comfortable, except my toes were touching the end of the shoe and was afraid that they would hurt my toes if I was going to walk any distance at all. Loved the color, they were well made like all my other Keens.

NOT a hiking shoe!

I am in search of the perfect black/charcoal hiking shoe. This are definitely NOT it. They should not be marketed as a "hiking" shoe at all! The soles are extremely slippery. I'm hoping that might improve as they get scuffed up with wear (or I might use sandpaper to speed the process). The tread itself is not deep enough to call a hiking shoe, either. And I doubt the fabric would hold up to any true hiking on a rocky or rugged trail. So I was highly disappointed with them as a hiking shoe. But they are a super cute sneaker. As a casual light shoe, they are comfortable enough. I think they will be fine for casual wear, walking. And maybe dancing/exercising too. They are not the classical Keen fit with the very wide toe box (and have a much less clunky look as a result). But they do have a good versatile fit - I can wear them anywhere from barefoot to heavy wool socks.

Worth every penny

I talked my wife into trying the keen brand because she was having foot problems. She tends to buy shoes with little or no actual support. She didn’t want to spend the money on “just shoes”. The keen’s arrived promptly and in a factory shoe box in brand new condition. The quality construction is obvious at first look. She slipped them on and laced them up. After 5 min of walking around the house she was very happy. She described them as “excellent fit, stylish, comfortable and I’ll never wear any thing else”. After a week she ordered 3 other various styles including sandals. Oh yeah, her foot pain is gone!

My favorite casual shoe

Fits as expected. I did add arch supports, but these shoes are by far some of the most comfortable that I have ever owned. The shoe outside is mesh, but not overly airy. I wore all winter long with no issue. I have hiked the trails in these and they lasted wonderfully. These are my go-to shoes for everyday walk and wear.

Parfait!

Chaussures très confortables après 1-2 jours de marche. Au départ, j'ai eu des ampoules mais rapidement, le tissus s'est adapté à la forme de mes pieds et je n'ai plus eu de problème. Je les trouve pratiques, légères et jolies. Je les porte tous les jours.

slippery sole

I bought these shoes to use as indoor clinical shoes. The fit was perfect. The upper material looks to be breathable but it's not, and after only 5 or so uses, the material started to smell, has poor arch support and the sole is too slippery. These may be ok for casual wear of 2-3 hours at a time but not a full 8 hour work day.

重たいので残念ながら返品しました。

重くて、足にフィットしなかったので、返品しました。 KEENのMJを愛用してます。5〜6足目を購入する際、違うデザインも試してみようと、こちらを購入してみました。MJと同じサイズで注文しましたが、大きくてフィット感が無かったです。何よりも重たいと感じ、２児を育てる身としては、軽快に走れる事は重要なポイントなので、長時間履くのには向かないかな、と思い返品しました。
