Best insoles

These are the best insoles ever. I use them in all my shoes. The totally eliminated my plantar fasciitis issues several years ago, and I’ve never had a problem since. I highly recommend these insoles

Great arch support

I struggle with several boot manufacturers not providing enough arch support, while these were an additional charge, they have made the keen boots very wearable

why can’t keen just include these?

it bothers me that I have probably fought 15 pairs of keen utility louisville boots in the past 10 years, along with another 8 or 9 pairs of other models including the pittsburgh and washington models. they are my favorite boot, but the stock insoles DO NOT LAST… So what do I do, fork over more money to buy the upgraded insoles. I have to believe that keen could give the user a choice of insole and greatly reduce the cost of the improved insoles. after all, you wouldn’t have to pay for the bad set and you wouldn’t have additional packaging and shipping costs. standing all day in boots, the nicest thing you can do for yourself is buy good shoes…the second nicest is make sure you have good insoles suitable for your foot and arch. I love these insoles and my favorite feature, which I have not seen on other brands, is the size tracing guide on the other side. it takes all the guess work and potential to gut an insole too short. Try a pair of whatever model of keen fits your foot - high arches if you are here. you will not regret it - until you change shoes and the insoles aren’t in that pair…

Worth the money!

I’m 5-11” and 255# with bad knees, bad lumbar issues and a spinal fusion in my neck. I’m also an Agriculture Equipment Field Technician and live in my boots. These are a game changer! From working on concrete shop floors to working outside on gravel or fields, I no longer have the knee and hip pain I did before. I use these in my everyday Irish Setter safety toe wing shooters and my Thorogood Heritage wedges. They’re amazing! I’m order them for every pair of boots and shoes I own as soon as they get more in my size back in stock. Heck, I might even try a pair of Keen’s boots out since these insoles are so frickin’ good!

My feet feel great...

I wear work boots on concrete floors all day, and my old insoles were finally giving up. I figured it was finally time for an upgrade. Keen has a pretty decent reputation for work boots, so I gave these a look. The question that I had never considered in the past 25 years of wearing work boots was what sort of foot arch did I have? I had no idea. I tried the 'wet foot on cardboard' thing and compared the imprint to some online images. Apparently I have high arches. I put these insoles in my work boots and for once it felt like my feet were fully supported! They do take some getting used because most insoles are made for medium to low arches, so it does feel odd initially. At the end of the day my feet feel great. No soreness, no leg pain, nothing. Of course you also need to consider what you're putting these insoles into. Go find Rose Anvil on Youtube, he cuts boots in half and explains why they're good or bad. Good boots go a long long way, but many of them come with cheap insoles. These Keen insoles are the icing on the cake.

High arch.

Out of the box the arch support is high. I have a high instep and high arches and normally build up the arch areas of high quality insoles in order for them to work. These feel great without any modifications and so far seem as supportive as my normal modified insoles. Time will tell but so far so good.

Does anyone make arch support insoles with extra thick cushioning for work boots?

I bought for work boots but will probably end up putting them into my running shoes. I have tried several types of arch support insoles but none have the cushioning for horrible flat work boot insoles.

Pick the right ones

In my timberland pro work boots these things are horrid ( to the point I couldn't walk) ..... but in my old Dakota workbooks, amazing. Give yourself a quick Google education one roughly what type of insole you need and high arch worked out ok for me. Update 1 year later ( wearing them for a good. 12 hr days) , still like the insoles. Bought them again for new work boots

Fit not accurately described.

Why say an arch support fits a wide range of sizes, when it does not? Arch support for this much money evidently is important enough to pay for, and should receive a wider range of size choice.

Perfect

I have plantar fasciitis with wicked heel pain. I bought the KEEN Utility K-30 High Arch insoles. Tried them in my sneakers and boots, the arch support really help to relief my pain. It seems to slightly raise my heel up, and provides nice cushion. I can actually walk a bit in these. Gonna buy another pair.

A MUST for high arch support in your KEEN shoes!!

Purchased these to go inside my KEEN Utility Men's Atlanta shoes, and it was the best decision ever. Super supportive heal cup and high arch (not too high tho)... These sure helped with my plantar fasciitis. These are great!
