A little too big

The set is super cute and good quality, but it was just the tiniest bit too big for the overhead bin so I had to set it sideways on an angle to get the bin to close. It was terrible on one flight because the whole bin was full of luggage and there was barely any room to make it fit in the way it had to be angled. 4 stars anyway because the wheels were very smooth rolling and sturdy, and the backpack has a thicker luxurious feel to it. Great design and quality all around, just wish the suitcase was maybe a 1/4” shorter on the length.

Extra compartments!

Light weight hard shell. Spacious with plenty compartments inside. Zippered separators to separate garments. However not scratch resistant. My first use came off with scratches all over from being dragged on and off plane to baggage areas. Wipes easily so scratches are not to noticeable. 4 wheel spinners easy to pull. Or a bad deal at all. Worth the price. And looks good as well

nice and big suitcase

I got the 28" one and it was perfect for 2 of us traveling to Mexico, it fit all of our clothing and was within the check size allowed. It rolls nice and kept all of our items safe, so i would say it is pretty durable. I will add to this after a few more trips through the airport!

Broke within 6 months

I LOVE this set but the carrying handle broke off the suitcase within 6 months. I travel for work and always carry on this suitcase so it hasn’t been roughly handled. So disappointed.

It started out great

I loved how lightweight and easily maneuverable this case was, and took it on several trips without issue! I’ve had it for under a year, and taken it on maybe 4 trips. On this trip, one of the wheels broke off. Really a pity because I loved the case, but clearly not sturdy enough.

Pretty good!

I love how easily the bags stack on one another. Tons of storage inside of both! The handle on the laptop bag is already peeling after using it one time. I’m worried the wheels might not hold up, but we will see! Overall a great set for the price.

Super Spacious

I love this suitcase! It is super spacious and because of the hard shell it has held up well. Will note that it is about an inch too big to go as a carry on, although unless you have a fussy gate agent I’ve carried it on American, Delta & Alaska flights with no issue. It has also been gate checked and has held up against the throwing of checked bags. Overall definitely recommend!

Dynamic Duo

First, let me start by saying that I received SOOO MANY compliments on this set! I purchased for a recent business trip and all of my colleagues loved it! The backpack is super roomy and went through TSA with no issues. It held my laptop, iPad Air (with the case on it), all of my cables & chargers, a headset and personal over the ear headphones, a full satchel purse with my wallet, etc. plus Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, tissues & other personal items. And it still fit under the seat ???? nicely. The suitcase is awesome I was able to pack some bulky items (sweaters & a jogging set with hoodie to travel home in)including a puffer jacket and a pair of heels & ankle boots. I was traveling for 3 days & had outfits to change into for dinners as well. It holds a lot! And the wheels are awesome I glided through the airports easily. Get it, you won’t be sorry!

What was pictured vs what was delivered

The luggage didn’t come with the carry on pictured with it. So question is, why add the bag there if it is not part of the item being sold???????

Durable enough

I took the large suitcase and carry on with me on a month long trip around Europe but left the large one with family as I journeyed on with the carry on. 3 weeks in a wheel fell off in Germany, which was truly inconveniencing. But then again their sidewalks are square bricks in Germany. The hotel personal helped make new holes and screwed it back together but another week later I lost a second wheel, which wasn’t the repaired one. This time I was in Bristol where they have normal sidewalks. But by this time I was thankful to also have the big suitcase with me. So I ditched the carry on in the hotel room. However, flying back to Canada was a pain because my suitcase was over the weight limit so I ended up having to spend over $300 because I had to check in my bag twice. So that was a bummer. However, I feel all suitcases go through a bit of wear and tear so it was expected it’d eventually let out. I just wish it held on longer.. until I got home or even took a second trip. For that reason I would still recommend this suitcase. However, there’s also still that slight disappointment in losing 2 wheels.

Perfect!

First off, it's gorgeous and huge! Bought this for a Mexico trip and am so so pleased with it! Really liked the compartments inside to zip off different items. Pushing and pulling was a dream and I got so many compliments on it. Definitely will be buying the smaller sizes now.

Did not survive the trip

Large suitcase, nice compartments. Unfortunately baggage handlers were harder than the case. Pushed the wheel into the bottom and dented the side in multiple areas
